One Call sells these great Scanpans
I own a complete set of Scanpans (10 pieces) that I have bought through the years and never had a problems with them. They cook perfectly, with the heat even, and clean easily. This pan was purchased used, and arrived with defects that made me decide to return it to One Call. They accepted it for a full refund. One Call is a very trusted Seller. I have full confidence One Call sells good products and backs up their guarantee. I would buy from One Call again. Great Customer Service met my needs. Thank you!

Scanpan Sauce Pan
I own several Scanpan items and I love them all. I'm in my last semester of Culinary school and I do all of the cooking at our home. I depend on my Scanpans everyday and they have never let me down. Nothing sticks to these pots and pans. The inner surface is a Titanium/Ceramic hybrid which doesn't chip or peel off like cheaper pans. I have cooked scrambled eggs with cheese in my pans and when I'm done I can take a paper towel and just wipe it out clean. These pans come with a lifetime guarantee as well and I've heard stories of folks sending the pan back to the factory 8-10 years later and getting a brand new pan back!Overall these are my favorite pots and pans. They are expensive but I feel they are worth it.

My new favorite pan
Easy, easy, easy cleanup. Baked a pecan pie tart today. Corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, and egg yolks, all nicely caramelized into an icky, sticky mess. Cleanup was a couple of minutes in soapy dishwasher and a quick swipe with the dishrag.Construction is solid. The pan is heavy enough that there's little chance of it tipping over, even though the handle is long enough to keep your hand well away from the heat.

Best nonstick pot!
Even though this pot is expensive, it is worth every penny. It will last a long time if properly cared for... so read the instructions. This is my “go-to” pot in everyday use.

Great cookware
As with my previous review on different model, best cookware we’ve ever used! Even heating, easy cleaning.... never use metal utensils; store with separators or paper towels between pans to avoid cook surface damage.

Love My New Scanpan!
This is my first Scanpan & I love it! This was more $$ than I normally spend on a pan, but now I know why & why I'll never go back! Cleans up easily, heats/cools quickly! Will be replacing my other pans with Scanpan in the future.

Not worth the money
I bought this pot in 2020 and the finish is coming off. Not the quality of my other Scanpan pots. It's hard to find a 1 quart pot, and this one was 1.25 quart. I didn't like when I purchased and I should have followed my gut and returned it. The finish isn't like my set. Defective product beware.

Scanpan Professional 3-Quart Covered Saucepan
Excellent pan! Love to cook my meat pasta sauce in this. I sautee the onions/garlic/peppers first, then set them aside. Next, I brown the ground beef, drain, and put everything back in the pot along with some spices. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for a couple of hours. Put the pot in the fridge and enjoy the leftover sauce the next day after rewarming on the gas burner. Cleanup is easy with warm running water and a nylon bristle brush, paper towel dry. The little handle mitt is a nice touch. The handle on the lid gets very hot, and a mitt for that would have been nice. I also would much prefer GLASS lids, so I can see what I am doing. In fact, I often use a glass lid from a matching-diameter pot in my collection. In the description you find "Scanpan Professional pans are safe for any burner type, including induction ..." Please take CAUTION with the "induction" word, as these pots do NOT work by themselves with my Duxtop 8100MC induction burner. You would need the Max Burton 6010 8-Inch Induction Interface Disk with Heat-Proof Handle. The pan works great on my gas range. In summary, this has been an excellent, albeit expensive indulgence for my cooking fun. I do have almost as much fun with my Lodge Cast Iron cookpot (Lodge Logic L8DOL3 Pre-Seasoned 5-Quart Dutch Oven with Loop Handles) for $31 which is "kinda" non-stick.....
