I was very unsatisfied due to receiving this item in the condition it came in. All of the bags arrived cut opened, I received a bag full of stale hard big foots that were scattered in the clear plastic each bag cut open as if it was done by a box cutter or during packaging, I greatly anticipated this item and was very saddened by what I received, I have ben a loyal customer to this brand and never ever had this issue before , it being non- returnable makes it even more unreasonable in instances as this, would be happy if a full replacement was issued.

Got delivered on time. Really love the flavor of this chip. If you like a hint of spice, you will enjoy this treat.
