Bought these as they seemed reasonable value and I wanted to trial a NY style giant cookie.They are not very sturdy and would buckle under slight duress but for making cookies they are fine. I greased the pans with butter and used some parchment on the bottom and with a little persuasion with a palette knife I was able to turn the cookies out. Not sure how non stick they would be If you don’t line them.I got a deep, crisp on the outside, gooey in the middle perfect bake. Overall I’m happy as this suits my needs. I am selling these cookies in my bakery.As for a pizza pan, don’t use it! But a Pizza stone it will change your life and it’s the ONLY way to bake Pizza in a domestic oven.

Perfect... makes the pizza taste like its takeaway bought pizza.. As long as your pizza is cooked from not frozen

The trays are sturdy enough and do the job but the paint started coming off within 2 weeks, resulting in rusty patches. Wouldn't buy again.

They are good value for money I’ve only used once so don’t know if they will scratch with more use but happy with them

Use it in my halogen mini oven. Nice size for cooking everything I want.
