I bought this to replace the factory latch on my 2024 Geo Pro 19FD. The deadbolt on the factory latch fell apart inside the door due to a missing screw during assembly. I was able to replace the screw and satisfactorily reassemble the latch. However, after some discussion with my wife, we decided a combination lock would be a useful substitution. So, after checking one other brand, I decided on this one due to the positive reviews and the much lower price. It fit just fine and works as advertised. The only critical observation was that the latch assembles with sheet metal screws into plastic holes. The one I took off used machine screws with threaded receptacles, which I consider higher quality. However, so far this one seems solid enough.I had one frustration in reading the instructions on how to change the lock code. It says to press the code reset button, enter a new code, then press lock twice (a voice will tell you to enter the new code and press the lock button). I entered the code and pushed the lock button two times. The voice told me I was unsuccessful. I finally figured out you must enter the code twice, pressing the lock button after each of the two times. Duh! Anyway, it looks good and seems to function well. Note that the keypad locking feature only locks/unlocks the sliding deadbolt, NOT the slam latch. If the latch handle is locked with a key, the keypad or fob will not unlock it. You must unlock it with a key from the outside.

The lock was a perfect fit, Easy installation. Programming was easy. I've read that a few people experienced batteries dying real fast. Turned out mine was the same. Tested old batteries and found them dead, replaced twice with new batteries and the same thing happened. I sent an mail to the manufacturer on their website since Amazon only had links to FAQs with no information or way to contact the manufacture. A week later, no response. I will have to return this before the time is up to do so.Aside from the no costumer service on a failed part, the lock is a good product, easy to install, easy to program, The only thing I would foresee would be the plastic handle to lock the door from the interior will break and the plastic handle to close the door from the inside will break. They just are not sturdy. I've seen the pictures from other reviews.UPDATEI had an issue with the board being bad and killing the batteries with in 1 to 2 days.. I responded through Amazon and didn't get a reply. I went on the manufactures website and opened a ticket. With 24 hours I did get a response with a solution. They sent me out the board and handle part right away. Their customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for making things right!

I’ll summarize all the pros. I don’t find any negative points yet, but if I do, I’ll update this review eventually.1. QUALITY: The lock is all metal, sturdy, works perfectly.2. SIMPLICITY, EASY TO INSTALL AND SETUP: Setting up (and resetting the code) is a breeze. Push that little button on the inside facing panel of the lock and reset your passcode. The instructions are voice based, NOT a complicated app based (or other complex platform) that needs complicated configuring and an IVY League Master’s degree with machine-level-programming. So, even a tech-fearing elderly person can get their code set up, and get the lock working within a few seconds. Push that button, and listen to the simple voice instruction.3. COMPATIBILITY: I verified that this fits in, and indeed can replace all of the locks shown in one of the seller’s pictures on this AD. Just make sure your lock is in the “compatible” section of that picture. This particular model fits the MOST commonly used, “universal” (2.75 inches x 3.75 inches) door lock hole, and this is what about 80% of the RVs on the market use.4. ACCESS: With this lock you will have 3 different ways to get in. You get 1 wireless key fob. (You can order more of you like). And you also have the keypad just in case. And if the battery dies, you have a physical old fashioned under and turn key. This thing uses the common AA batteries (4). So that’s another plus, no need to run around looking for some specialized battery.5. LOOKS: It looks good, doesn’t draw attention to itself, just blends in and looks almost like a regular key-only lock.I am very happy with the product. Took me about 10 minutes to install this. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to replace their default tv locks with this one. Thanks!

Just installed the lock. It was a really tight fit and took a little maneuvering to get it in. It's not a flush fit on the outside, maybe a 1/16" on the right side of the lock. I just put a little silicone in to seal it. The lock works fine and was easy to program.

So worth it!! Super easy to install! Works wonderful. Will be nice while family can get in without everyone having a key. Fit perfect. No game.

Lock is great, the only issue I had was the thickness of the strike plate. I had to flatten it with a vise to stop the door from hitting. Overall a convenient and well made product

Easy to install, functional, quiet enough to not draw attention but loud enough to hear the correct lock/unlock, and seems good quality durability

Seems to be a good lock. It was easy to install after watching the video. Have not been camping with it yet. But we use it on site every day or so and it’s work good.
