had an old printer that refused to accept one of these cartridges but to be fair it was probably because of the printer

It appears to be a good product. I came with no instructions on how to install it. Ihope it work fine

After I installed the cartridges and did a calibration print, everything seemed to be working fine. Then my printer came up with an error that Cyan cartridge was empty. I was concerned, but figured that this is probably due to a re manufactured cartridge. Turned off the printer, took Cyan out, put it back in and turned the printer back on. All went smooth from there. Re-calibrated the cartridges and everything is working fine. Printer utility shows full levels on all cartridges. Probably will buy this set again.

This is a very low grade re manufactured product. Also, poor printing quality and received one that does not work.

This is the easiest way to purchase this 4 pack and I will purchase again when my printer demands another refill.

I live in Colorado at 7000 feet. When I removed the tab on the black catridge as instructed, ink shot out and got all over my fingers. After wiping off the catridge, I inserted it and it appears to work just fine. However, I will not be buying again.

Worked good in my printer. I am adding words for no reason but to fill in the required amount thanks.

The seller was quick to make sure that I was happy with my order from them . I could not get my printer to accept the black cartridge for some reason. Many emails were exchanged to see if I could get it to work. I could not. All the color cartridges work great! I am pleased to say they have compensated for the trouble I had. I will not let the product fault veer me from placing future orders from the seller! Lisa.
