Feels unsafe
Don’t waste your money, it doesn’t feel safe without the waist strap... I only purchased because there was a promo code but even then it’s a big disappointment

Great for tall toddlers too!
Great for older children. My tall 2.5 yr old fits securely. We out grew lillie baby. It’s a little tricky to figure out the straps
