Excellent Quality and Performance: Highly Recommend products from MOBILESUPPLY
I broke the screen of my iPhone X and got some cracks on the back. Initially, I planned to repair it at the Apple store, but just fixing the screen would have cost me $275 plus taxes (as of 8/7/2024). So, I decided to buy a renewed phone on Amazon. I was a bit worried about the purchase until I received the phone. When I unboxed it, I was really amazed. There were no signs that this phone was renewed—no scratches, no fingerprints, and no unpleasant smell. It seemed too good to be true. I checked the battery's maximum capacity, and it was at 98%. Some might say this number could be inaccurate, but here's my experience: the next day, I had a chance to test it. I had back-to-back Teams meetings in the first half of the day and had to use phone to talk and view my supervisor’s screen while validating data on my side. The phone performed very well. I had no concerns about signal, battery, or sound quality. Everything worked perfectly. Additionally, the phone came with a screen protector, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend MOBILESUPPLY to anyone looking for a quality products. Their product exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The phone looks and functions like new, offering excellent value for the price.

Excellent so Far
I just received this today and so far I am extremely pleased with the product. It came almost fully charged so I could start setting it up right away. Set up was very easy and went very smoothly. I bought this as a backup phone and one to play games on not really as a primary phone, but it could certainly be used for that if I get a SIM card and a service carrier for it. It appears to be in perfect condition no scratches or dings. And the overall battery life on it is 93% which is surprising since they only guaranteed 80% in the description. It even came with iOS 18 already installed. I'm giving it four stars because I don't know how it will be long-term. But I would definitely recommend this to others.

Annoyed and Frustrated
I hope this review helps to save someone some of the frustration I went through. To give you an idea of just how annoyed and frustrated I am about this situation, let me put it into perspective for you. This is the VERY FIRST review I have ever written on Amazon in the past 20 plus years that I have been a customer. Have I been disappointed in the past? Sure, but definitely not to this extent. According to Amazon’s website it says: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=GJB4W4URK6H2E6Y9 The Amazon Renewed Guarantee gives you: “A satisfaction guarantee - if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including the product not working as expected), return the product within 90 days of receipt of your original purchase (or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium product) and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.” Because of this I honestly thought that I had a full 90 days to return the item for a full refund, which turned out not to be the case. Kanga Supply wasn’t very clear when answering my questions, as it took several emails before they even addressed why I wasn’t eligible for a refund. When they finally did reply accordingly, this is what they said: “As per Amazon's policy, you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund and 90 days for repair/exchange (stock permits).” Amazon should really add this clarification to their webpage to make it clear that customers don’t have a full 90 days to return items for a full refund. Kanga supply also needs to make their return/refund policies more transparent and easier to access (for example when you go to Kanga Supply’s seller profile (https://www.amazon.com/sp?seller=AESX3141EPI7X), their return/refund policy just takes you to Amazon’s return/refund policy). Additionally, Kanga Supply needs to update their return instructions to include the 30 day vs 90 day return policy information. If I hadn’t asked the question about restocking fees, (yes they charge a restocking fee even if the item is in its original condition), I would have simply returned the phone expecting a refund that would have never come. Amazon and Kanga Supply may update this information, (and I hope they do, because they really need to), but as of the date of this review, the above information is what was available on Amazon’s website and on Kanga Supply’s seller page and return instructions. Neither one provided clarification upfront to the fact that you DO NOT have a full 90 days to return for a full refund. It would have been nice to have known when the actual return date was, but honestly if I knew what I know now, I would not have even bothered making this purchase. Now, unfortunately I’m stuck with this phone, all because I unknowingly missed the REAL return window. And either way I would not have gotten a full refund. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve experienced with Amazon. And it has made me hesitant to do more purchasing on this platform, especially with a third party seller. Again, I hope this review helps to save someone some of the frustration I went through.

Great buy!
Phone came just as described. I went with the “Good” and still got a more than decent device. Had little small scratches but mainly on back of glass from regular use with out cover and on screen but as soon as I put a screen protector, you couldn’t notice anything. Phone booted up right away also worked with out a Sim ( only need Wi-Fi). Picked up a slim silicone case and off and running. Definitely a good buy! Much Thanks (Black XS 256g)

The phone appears to be perfect it came with a battery life of 92 % and not a mark on it . I have had a lot of success but phones from Amazon this is my third phone . The first was 7 had a few scratches on the back but a good battery life I have had it about 3 years . Got my pre teen an 8 with 256g was perfect battery life could have been better at 75% but for the price I can buy a battery and change it out . Happy customer here x3

Product as expected, well refurbished, battery works well but is shown as "unknown battery", which is probably normal for a refurbished phone. Very quick delivery.

The phone arrived quickly and looks like new. It is a little bit heavier than iPhone X, but works very well and usually lasts me 2 full days before I need to charge it again. I am very happy with my purchase.
