True coffee taste
My husband has been "Decaf" for 20 years. So for 20 years he has searched for a Decaf that tastes like REAL coffee. We use a Senseo Supreme (chrome look) coffee pod machine with 16 strength settings depending on pod holder, LED brew strenth, and cup size selections you use on the machine. After a 20 year search the Baronet 100% Columbian medium roast brought a smile back to his face. I use regular full roasts and I prefer the Baronet Izzy medium roast and also like the Baronet French Vannila pods. (more of a 'chick' blend) But do not let that fool you. If you want a bold coffee the dark or bold Baronet brands that our younger friends prefer are 'truck driver' approved. We keep them on hand for guests so buy the variety pack or a simple Dark Roast. These pods will work in your Senseo however if you buy the pods in the foil packs that come in the box (stay fresher) they are larger and you may need to use the 2 pod holder with a single pod if you have the black machine. However, one pod will 'mash' down ok in the one pod holder of the Supreme Senseo machine. Yes, that wonderfull foam froth is still there. Pods that come loose, 18 to a package, are the same size as the Senseo pods.

Coffee Pod
Baronet Coffee Decaf 100% Columbian Medium Roast Pods did not disappoint. They fit very nicely in either a one cup or two cup Senseo coffee maker. They brew a medium to light coffee flavor. In order to enhance the fullness of the flavor, combine it in a two cup Senseo coffee maker with a stronger regular Baronet Coffee Pod that is packaged in a pouch rather than those that are individually packaged in a box. The individually packaged Baronet coffee pods are too full for the Senseo coffee maker.

Okay but not great.
I bought these pods to use in my Senseo coffee maker because I could not find Senseo Brand Hazelnut pods. I usually make a large cup of coffee which uses 2 pods each time . These pods are a little too thick to use 2 so I have to use just 1. As a result the coffee is a little weak in flavour. I also puechased this brands Nutty Irishman coffee pods and 2 of these pods WILL fit in my maker without a problem. Don't know why the dofference in the 2 types of pods. Hopefully Senseo will eventually get a new stock of their own brand of Hazelnut pods so I can switch back to them.

Favorite Coffee Pods!
I had been buying Senseo coffee pods to use in my Hamilton Beach pod brewer. The Senseo pods became impossible to find locally, so I looked online. I drink decaf coffee, and it's often difficult to find decaf in different variaties. When I found these pods from Baronet, I decided to take a chance on them. They are so much better than the ones from Senseo! The flavor is rich and the price is quite a bit less than the old pods I was buying. The Baronet pods are also stronger in flavor, which is great if you want to make a larger mug of coffee. They come in flavors, too! Highly recommend!!

Flavor and quality have gone down....
I am not sure what happened to this item, but it used to come in in a box with individually wrapped pods. The last few orders I received of these came in a foil bag and the pods were loose. That does not bother me really, what did was the flavor. I had ordered this same product 12 times prior to my last order and they have always been smooth and good. The last was harsh, strong and have a horrid chemical flavor, not quite of Hazelnut. 2 orders back in the big bag, several of the pods burst and there was coffee grounds all inside and over the remaining pods. I had to return it to Amazon. Now the flavor is so bad that I will not be ordering this flavor again and will need to locate another make of them. On a side note, the donut shop light roast coffee they make still seems to be good and in boxes with individually wrapped pods. What ever happened at Baronet with the Hazelnut coffee needs to be reversed and they need to go BACK to what it was and how it was packed. Too bad.

Great Hazelnut Coffee
I first found Baronet coffee at some gas stations and I really liked it. I have had DD Hazelnut which is very good. When I first tried Baronet Hazel I knew I would order more. I now have a pod pot and found Baronet Hazelnut at amazon and I ordered it to see how good it is. I must say from the time I opened the first bag the smell was wonderful. The flavor matched the smell that I experienced when I opened the bag.Great tasting, I hope more people try their coffee I am sure most will enjoy the flavor as well as the aroma.

Wonderfully Aromatic
I'm from Holland and have never gotten used to drinking the watered down, light coffees. So was happy to find the Senseo machine and was used to drinking the Senseo Hazelnut pods until they stopped smelling and tasting like hazelnut. I used to subscribe to get the lower price so either I received several bad batches (several boxes of 6 packages) or the Senseo coffee just isn't what it used to be. So, tried the Baronet and I'm hooked. The aroma that comes from the bag as soon as I open it: wonderfully hazel-nutty and the taste is excellent. Changed my subscription to Baronet.

Still tastes like decaf
As a user of the late great Senseo system, I'm happy to patronize any decent manufacturer of ESE podded coffee. I like the Baronet brand in general-- rich coffee taste and nice price profile. But it's hard to mask the "processed" taste most decaf coffee, and this one is no exception. Don't get me wrong-- it's not horrible, and I use it often. But the other varieties of coffee offered by Baronet are surperior in flavor, and if you can handle the caffeine of regular coffee, try one of those first.
