So i'm having some pain in my left elbow, not knowing what it was i looked up some issues on the net. The pain felt as if it were coming directly from the joint and extending down my arm about half way. I had trouble flexing my wrist upward with out feeling strain in my elbow along with holding anything in my left hand when working out. I figured it was some sort of tendonitis or "Tennis elbow" I decided to try this product out and i was shocked how well it worked from the second put it on. While working out it helped relieve some of the pain/strain when doing curls and pressing, exactly what i was looking for. I end up using this product just laying around the house as well, it's very comfortable and at time relieved all of the pain i would have when waking up or sleeping on my arm weird.The only thing holding me back from giving this 5 stars is the strap, where it lays on the inside of my arm when flexing it tends to scratch or get uncomfortable. i highly suggest using either pre-wrap or a sleeve to help with the irritation. My father even used this product to help with pains in his arm from arthritis.

After playing pickle ball for about three hours, I noticed that I was starting to get tennis elbow. I purchased this and wore it four days later, which was the next time I played pickle ball and my arm did not hurt at all while I was playing nor afterward. Totally works!

I have used this brace for years. As an avid golfer, I place extra strain on my elbows. This brace allows me to play pain free. I am a big believer in the usefulness of magnets to increase blood flow. I highly recommend this produce.

UPDATE with FIX!!....I figured out how to fix the broken Band-It, which a LOT of people have because the plastic piece holding the tightening strap is too thin.All you need is a sharp razor knife. Check out the pics. All you do is cut a little groove of the foam backing out, and the strap will go inside the slot you've just opened up, right where that little plastic piece always eventually breaks. It works great this way, and the plastic holding the strap is now 3 times thicker! Following is my original review, which I stand by because it shouldn't break to start with, the plastic piece should just be MADE thicker! (Do you even listen to your customers Band-It?)..................ORIGINAL REVIEW....I received this band two weeks ago. I have really bad tennis elbow, and I tried all of the nylon straps, and this one absolutely works the best. I do wear it over a sleeve, not only for more support but also it makes the band's straps more comfortable. So if it's so great, why only one star? Well I had read all the reviews that said the plastic breaks that holds the tightening strap, but I figured they just had bad luck. Well today I was putting it on....... and POP, there goes the piece of plastic that holds the tightening strap. I paid $30 for this only because I prefer the black over the white, I don't think magnets have any effect at all other than mentally. It was total waste of money. If you can afford to throw away that kind of money for two weeks of use, by all means get this. It works very well when it's in one piece. If you don't really want to just throw money out the window, avoid this product.

How I use it:Don’t tie the elbow bones too tightly during normal use. Just tighten it just a little bit, and you can always protect your elbow. At the same time, the magnet inside can promote blood circulation, so it’s good for me. Relieves elbow pain
