New Star Foodservice Plastic Handle Dough Scraper, 6 by 3-Inch, Black

Im a full time butcher and this is a must have in my line of work. Makes clean up so much easier at the end of the day. My job has there own but i wanted one that was mine so it wouldnt get dropped or bent. Perfect thickness an large handle makes it easy to grip even when its wet.

Works like a charm. Sharp enough to cut through my sourdough and use it to scrape up dough, move it around, and also to divide the dough into wedges. I throw into the dishwasher with no issue. Love it, wish I had this all along would have saved me some headaches.

This is nice and sturdy for the price! I was worried it would be thin and flimsy.

I have had this product for about two weeks now and I can say that it does the job. Very nice wooden handle and scoops up a fair amount of chopped vegetables. I have also used it to chop onions and celery and it works really well. I do not put it in the dishwasher as I don't think the wood handle would fare very well, but it does seem durable enough and it looks good. I have seen other products twice the cost of this and I am very happy with this product and I use it often.

At first we were gentle with it but then we put it to the ultimate test and scraped the crap out of the grime in our outdoor barbeque. After throwing it in the dishwasher it came out looking good as new; no scratches, no bending, no wear at all. Definitely would recommend and I'd probably buy another IF this one gives out

My staff love the wood handle and always complained about metal grips. Would definitely purchase again.

This item is an important tool for the kitchen.
