Love the ease of use.
Spinach anytime, so convenient. Fresh spinach spoils so fast. This spinach is perfect for when you need just a little, or a lot, but don't want to bother with the grocery store.

Great Price
I have battery operated pepper and salt mills. I use whole nlack pepper, because of the flavor it is superior to buying already ground pepper. This pepper is a great value for the money, and has excellent taste

I love their product.s I ordered the veggie variety for a girlfriend who cooks all the time for her husband & 90 yr old mother-in -law. No garden now a days. She is thrilled to save time.

It has it's uses.
Some things I am just not a fan of dried. I will continue to use fresh or frozen whenever possible. This product serves it's purpose. If you rehydrate prior to use it does well. No a lot of flavor though. Retains great colour,

Easy to add to foods especially soups
Spinach is good for you, but fresh spinach goes bad before I get to use it up.This dehydrated spinach won't make a fresh spinach salad but it is good to add to salad dressings, soups, stews and fruit smoothies.

Convenient to have in the pantry.
I enjoy the convenience of having dehydrated spinach in my pantry. I add it to lentil and chicken soups. I add it to meatballs, spaghetti sauce, chili, eggs, beef stew and meatloaf. I also purchased dehydrated mushrooms. They are great to add to homemade cream of mushroom soup and salisbury steak recipes.

Great for Smoothies
The nice thing about spinach is that it doesn't have a very strong flavor. Oh, and that it's really healthy for you. I have been trying to eat healthier, and smoothies (or "squishies" as we call them at my house) seem like a good option. But veggie smoothies taste really nasty. This is where the genius of spinach comes in. If you put enough strawberries and bananas in your smoothie, you can add quite a bit of spinach and it will still taste good. It will look horrible, but the taste is still great! And while fresh spinach is the best, I can't be counted on to use all the spinach in the bag before it rots. So instead of picking through slimy leaves, hoping to come across one that's not gross, we've turned to dried spinach. All the vitamin-y goodness of the fresh stuff with a much longer shelf life. This won't make a good spinach salad though.
