I take this Flora probiotic as well as their Advanced Adult. They are higher in expense than other probiotics, but I have found these to be the most effective. The Advanced Adult has 30 billion CFU compared to the 102 billion in this one. It's important to look up and know the strains and their differences. This one has additional support for the immune system which I need. To help stretch the cost out I don't take either every day, but they are both truly worth the investment.

Great probiotic!

A friend introduced this to me when I couldn't shake a cold/sinus infection/bug. This certainly shortens the length of such immune deficient moments. Be sure to get the high 102 Billion one, not the lower numbers. No stomach issues at all. Refrigerated. Keeps for a long while, just take one when you start feeling slightly under the weather and you may find you never bottom out, as I did with use.

THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER TAKEN FOR BLOATED STOMACH, DIARRHEA, GAS, ETC!!!! First, I love that you do not have to refrigerate this product. The only product of this line that doesn't have to be kept cold once opened (although you could if you wanted to). So I always keep it in my purse. Second, if you have IBS or liver issues, this product will give you relief and assistance. And I only take 1 pill after a meal. For my first time usage, I followed the directions on bottle. But now I only use this product when needed and take only 1 pill after first meal. However, if I know I'm going to eat a fatty deep fried meal or decadent dessert, then I'll take 1 pill after that meal. Everyone that I have gotten on this product just LOVES IT!!!! It's also great for travel's diarrhea too. It's fast acting and totally worth the price!!!!

I have many digestive issues including being prone to diverticulitis and was advised by my gastroenterologist to take a probiotic. Udo's Super Bifido Plus was recommended to me by my pharmacist and has helped ease some of my digestive issues. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no taste and cause no upset. A little pricey? Well, you get what you pay for.

Ingredients are completely incorrect. Product has significantly changed. Acidophilus source is different. A lot of different ingredients as well. Used to be great. Now does not work like it used to.

For me it's best on an empty stomach or with salad, blueberries or things like that have fiber and some "prebiotic" properties (i.e. - those that support the good bacteria you are ingesting). I think the product helps with bloating quite a bit as well as constipation. I just wish it was a bit less expensive.
