We bought the 48" broom with handle combo back in February. It has already broke. I have emailed (3 weeks ago) & called & left a voicemail & have heard nothing back. They claim to have a lifetime warranty yet I can't get thru to a person or even a response from this company. This is just a household broom & we are by no means aggressive sweepers. I am beyond disappointed. I had hopes for this company. We were just looking at getting the mop attachment. Unless resolved we will NOT be doing business with this company.

I liked the idea of having one pole with multiple cleaning heads, would have been 5 stars but the labels are superglued to the foam handle. When removing the handle, I ripped off part of the comfort foam. When removing the label on the wood portion of the pole, it pulled off the wood varnish finish. To the manufacturer - there are ways to improve this so that you do not allow your labels to RUIN the product. Ridiculous.

At first, I was dubious about this system, not because it seemed like a gimmick to have interchangeable heads, but because it was rather cheap overall. And yet, this is one of the best brooms I've ever owned. Definitely get the wood handle though. It's got the right amount of weight to it and comes with a section of rubber grip that's long enough for the more traditional two-handed holds you use for sweeping.And the bristles for the brush head are fantastic. We've got vinyl plank flooring and despite how intense the brush head looks, it captures like 97% of everything we try to sweep up in a single go without any potential scratching or abrasion to our flooring. Not only that, but the interchangeable heads really are nice to reduce overall clutter when you only sometimes need the other heads, like the duster or the scrubber.Highly recommend SWOPT.

Most brooms are stiff and don't catch really small things like sugar or salt spill. This broom is very flexible and catches everything. It is worth every penny.

It's one of the best brooms I've ever used. It is very sturdy and hooks together and doesn't move. It must be lightweight because it didn't cause me to have lower back pain like all of the other brooms I've owned in the past. The bristles are perfect to make a good clean pass every time and can get into harder to reach places with the angle and bristle type. Comfortable to use. Would buy again. Will buy attachments in the future!

I bought this for my work truck. I like that the head comes off. It's a nice broom in general, lots of bristles.

This broom is amazing. The bristles are sturdy and dense and it makes sweeping so easy. I manage a restaurant and needed something durable and I love that you can replace just the bottom part when the bristles wear out instead of buying a whole new broom.This is a little more expensive than a plastic broom you’d get from the grocery store but it is SO worth it, you’ll never go back. The quality is seriously amazing.Because of the quality materials, it’s one of the heavier brooms I’ve used so if you’re looking for something lightweight, this may not be right for you.

This broom is awesome! Picks up dirt and dust and - oh boy - is it sturdy. I had a junk broom for years bc I didn’t want to waste more money on a crappy broom.Definitely worth the price! And the dust mop that comes with is is awesome as well. … I did keep the dust pan from the crappy broom and it works just fine with this monster. :-)

Very good quality…works great ,we use it to clean the patio and sidewalk …only complaint …the broom handle could be a bit longer
