Great
My check engine light on my 2002 Honda accord is as on and giving me the vtec trouble code. Added this on my last oil change and car is running so good. Power is back and check engine light is gone

Worked for my '01 Camry (165k miles), leaking 1 qt/week
Edit -- After about 1 year, Bar's Leaks stopped working. The gaskets on my Oil Pump and Valve cover had completely worn out. Cost a couple hundred dollars to replace, but the oil leak is gone. That said, getting 1 year of driving out of a bottle of this stuff still leaves me very impressed. I'd use Bar's Leaks more as a way to get you to a spot where you can get your car fixed instead of an end-all solution personally. 5 stars for 1 year of stopping an oil leak at the cost of $7. Original Review I can't believe this worked. I had one of those "everything went wrong" moments with my 2001 Camry. For a few days in a row I noticed a burning smell when I got out out of my car. Third day I noticed it, checked the oil level - nearly empty. I had changed the oil a couple of weeks prior so this was a bad, bad leak. Drove to a mechanic who only gave bad news. They said they saw multiple leaks on it, and that it'd be somewhere between $1500-2000 to fix. Took it to a second mechanic who said the same thing. On the way to the second mechanic, the check engine light flipped on, the burning smell was worse than ever, a brake light burnt out, and I was about ready to bite the bullet for the repairs. On a whim I bought a bottle of this stuff. For 8 bucks what the heck, why not. My engine had lost enough oil in a couple of days to add the full bottle of the engine repair. It said to drive it for 100 miles for best results so I visited a friend that evening 200 miles away (probably not my smartest moment since I was having all the car troubles but whatever). I pulled in and looked under the car - no dripping. Spent the night and the next morning checked under the car. There was a puddle maybe the size of 4 or 5 drops of oil. Since driving home from the friends (1 month ago), the oil hasn't leaked a bit. Took it to another mechanic who said everything seemed to be looking great. I'll check the oil once a week for awhile then probably longer intervals, but it seems like this stuff worked. Even if I have to add a bottle of it every so often, it's way cheaper than the quotes I received were. I was (and still am) completely dumbfounded.

Worked for one out of three cars
Used this product on a Honda Accord 1999 EX 4cyl. Car was leaking oil. I had to refill a quart every 2-3 weeks. Mechanic informed me the car was leaking in numerous spots but the biggest area of concern was the rear main seal. I tried some Lucas Oil 10278 stop leak but it made zero difference after 3 weeks. Before deciding to pay my mechanic around $1200 (my car is only worth $2000!) for all the seals and gasket repairs, I used this Bar's Leaks 1000 engine repair. Poured the entire content in the crankcase before heading out on a fairly long trip. I was honestly surprised it worked within a week. I was expecting it to at least just slow the leak down but the leak has stopped completely and I haven't had to pour in oil nor have I seen any drips. When doing an oil change I found the underside of my car completely dry. I'll update this review as time goes on to inform how well it holds up. EDIT 3/19/2015 The leak has returned but it is much smaller than the initial leak before any Bar's Leak engine repair was added. I decided to give it one more try. I bought another bottle of the product and poured it in. It has been 3 weeks now and the leak is gone once again. So far in my case the product can be deemed as just a temporary solution. Some reviews here have claimed that two bottles will do the trick so I am holding on to that shred of hope that this second bottle will permanently seal the leaks. I would still recommend the product for the price alone. EDIT 8/20/2015 No leaks as of today! Seems like the second bottle did the trick. Final Edit 11/23/2015 After virtually a year of no oil leaks, this product held up for my 99 Accord. However, last month I tried the product on a friend's 97 Accord, with a minor rear main seal leak and it did not work at all. I also used it on my brother's 95 Corolla also with a rear main seal leak to no avail. I tried two bottles (not all at once) for each of the car and saw no difference. Maybe it was because my car's leak was new when I applied the product whereas the other two cars have had their leak for a long time. I would still recommend this product. I am not saying it will work for all applications but it is worth a try. Best of luck to you and I hope you found this review a little helpful.

Have used Bar's Leal products since first started working on autos in 1965....Great Products
I've trusted Bar's Leak products to get me through jams like minor coolant leaks, small holes in radiators, oil issues and such so much that I keep several of their products in emergency kit(s) in all my personal rigs and even recommend to customers they keep certain items with them --- JUST IN CASE -- It can get you off the side of a lonely roadside and to a shop almost always without question.... Two Thumbs Up On ALL Bar's Leak products... VERY Highly respected Company and products... Highly Recommend Buy and keep in emergency kit in your personal vehicles.....

Worth every dollar
Brought back life in my old dodge. I've got a crack in the manifold along with a broken screw in the engine block where the manifold mounts. Major pain to fix, on the fence with either fixing it or doing a motor swap. Used this for the time being and it's improved the performance, reduced engine noise and I noticed a slight reduction in gas use. It also lubes and restores a lot of the seals which is supposed to reduce smoke levels. I've never had an issue with smoke, but anyways it's worth it 100%.

Works great, I'm shocked! I should get a few more years out of my Honda now, put in 2 months ago and the oil level isn't burning down anymore
