Alot bigger than anticipated

Have used them for two weeks and I found them surprisingly fragile. I was carrying them in form the porch and dropped them on the ground. Two out of four of them formed cracks. I like the design but like I said they are surprisingly fragile. 1/30-2026 update I got another that cracked, this one disturbs me, it cracked when I washed it, in the sink. I really can’t recommend these they are just too fragile.

My husband is a wine reviewer and I bought this for him since a spittoon is basically a permanent fixture in our decor as he always has it out. He loves it for its functionality and I love it for its sleek look and hidden “waste”. It’s really nice.

This wine tasting spittoon fails at its primary function. Several design features make this unacceptable as a wine tasting spittoon. - The angle of the basin is too shallow and the basin is not deep enough. A mouthful of wine spit into the basin will be directed outside of the cup. - The drain hole in the basin lid is too small. It cannot quickly drain the wine into the collection cup. - The friction fit of the basin lid is not secure and barely holds onto the collection cup. - The handle is short, awkward and uncomfortable. Although the spittoon is made of decent stainless steel the many design flaws make this personal wine tasting spittoon wholly unusable for its stated purpose. Additionally, order fulfillment was slow. Item was returned.
