I was tired of trying different inexpensive solutions to address my snoring. It was driving my wife crazy and I knew that I had to do something about it. There are so many products that it's confusing so I figured I would start at the higher end of things with a company that guaranteed results. If it worked, it would be worth every penny. If it didn't they would take it back. I looked at Z-Quiet and the Zyppah. I ultimately chose this since I did not have to deal with the fitting process. I downloaded the Snore Lab app and took measurements for 3 days prior to using the ZQuiet and my numbers were between 35 and 33. The first day of using the smaller size ZQuiet my number went down to 14...and then to 11 and finally 9! I have not tried the larger size, which will even bring it down more, since my wife is now happy with the result. I am much more refreshed in the morning as well.When I first used it I took a bit to get used to but now I don't even think about it. I bought the entire kit with the cleaner, 2-sizes and case. If you look at the pricing and think it's a lot of a couple of pieces of plastic you are correct, but it's the engineering and effectiveness that you are paying for. $100 to end my snoring and not have to sleep in another room is a fine value. I just wish that I did it earlier.

This is not good if your teeth are not perfect. My bottom teeth are not horrible but they’re not perfectly aligned and they hurt every morning when I wear this thing. My husband has also said that my snoring has barely changed so the pain is not worth it.I have used other appliances that were bulkier but they worked. Initial feel of this is nice in comparison but the “good” stopped there. I also find myself drooling a LOT with this where I didn’t with others

The neighbor that my package was delivered to finally brought it to us yesterday. It is a little difficult feeling in the mouth. Seems though it may be working.

Wow, what an amazing device. It took me a few days to get used to it, but I’m sleeping so much better each night and so is my wife.My only complaint is that at some point while sleeping I managed to get the top behind my teeth and now I’ve got a big dent in the top part. I’m not too concerned about it since I’ve pre-ordered a Z advanced, but having to go a couple weeks with the top poking into my gums is a little less than desirable.

This product does slightly help reduce the severity of snoring however it does not stop it completely. I have used the 2mm and 6mm both. The 6mm is such a large shift that my lower jaw will come out of the recessed area. I feel that if there were a 4mm shift piece it would work perfectly for what I am experiencing. I went from 2-3 hours of snoring a night to .5 - .75 hours of snoring with the 2mm and 1 - 1.5 hours in the 6mm and that is probably because of the slipping out of the mouth piece and reverting the jaw to the original position.

Sales Ad I seen has to be fake. I am very dissatisfied with this product! I would love to be able to go back and never have purchased this product. Either size didn’t work and very very uncomfortable even after following directions. Mouth constantly filling with saliva. Mint cleaner has pleasant taste is only good thing with this order. I sure wish I could send this back it is of no use to me but won’t be getting any more money from me.

I thought it was going to work… my snoring decreased, but that’s where the good stuff ends.First, with something holding your mouth open like that, you’re going to drool all over your pillow. I can deal with that; just lay a tissue across the pillow before falling asleep. Supposedly, that will diminish over time.Second, and the real deal killer, is how my teeth felt when I woke up. MAJOR pain and displacement.My upper teeth were pulled back, my lower teeth pulled forward to the point they would not close properly, and it took more than an hour just to be able to eat anything.Orthodontia shows that teeth will reposition over time and I’m not going to allow this device to permanently change the position of my teeth.If it’s a choice of snoring and having a distorted mouth, I’ll take the snoring every time.

It worked! My wife said she doesn’t hear me snoring. Mt teeth are a little sore in the morning and it was difficult to get used to it before bed, but the results are worth that initial discomfort.
