It has never worked even once.
It is totally junked and useless, I bought that some month ago for using on a trip , now I'm at that trip and when i tried for seal a bag for first time it won't be working , actually it is broken or defective i don't know ,for $16 wasting i can't forgive myself, so now I just used my wife's hair Straightener to seal the package and i guess it is much much better , maybe your wife get angry with you for almost two hours but you get what you pay for. don't buy this device believe me it is a junk.

Superb!
This is an awesome sealer! I keep it in my lunch box to keep spills from open bags from making my box messy. It works very well. Having the cutter and the sealer separate is an ingenious idea, and works superbly!
