Hi my desk came with 65mm pre cored grommet holes, will this work?

this will fit 2 different ways (bolted down or clamped on) we just clamped it on with no need for any holes in the desk, works brilliantly

Does it include vesa plates?

Yes. Attaches directly to the screw holes on the back of the screen, provided they are vesa compatible.
