Great book for any level of LCHF
My Doctor put me on a strict LCHF diet to help me lose weight. My husband and I are TTC and told me I had to lose at least 10% of my current weight before she would allow us to start any treatment. I had already lost some weight on my own and it was always a struggle. It's not that I can't diet, it's that every time I do, it's a couple pounds here or there and a very short time later I was putting all that weight back on.I have currently been on the LCHF diet for 8 days and have lost 9lbs! I know my results aren't typical, but wow! I am feeling more energized, less hungry and generally better already. The first couple days of course were rough, there is a lot of temptation and I did feel sick with bad headaches but stuck with it. I did a lot of research (beware the internet) during that first week and what an eye opener for me. What I wanted to see and hear were real results.I also wanted recipes that were easy to follow and would offer me a variety as I started this lifestyle change. I came upon Veronica's website and loved it! It made me decide to purchase their book. It was the first LCHF book I purchased. I like how it is written and the recipes are easy to follow. I can't wait to get started!

Easy low-carb, high fiber "bread"
I wasn't sure I was going to get far in this book as I didn't care for the way it was written. HOWEVER, once I got to the recipes, I was glad I bought the book. One of the most difficult aspects of low carb for me is the lack of bread. This book delivered a couple of recipes for "bread" that I found easy to prepare and tasty. No, I didn't feel like I was eating forbidden high carb breads, but I did find these a very good substitute. My two favorites are the English muffin replacements and the the KetoHybrid bun. Don't let the appearance of the English muffin replacement fool you. I cut it in half and toast it before adding egg or tuna salad. Very tasty. The KetoHybrid bun recipe makes five nice sized "rolls" which went well with a hamburger. I froze the remaining four buns and thaw them in the toaster when I need to use them again. Toasting does seem to enhance to taste. All of the recipes are fairly easy to prepare, and it is nice to know that you aren't eating strange sounding chemical ingredients in the name of eating low carb. Looking forward to trying even more of the recipes included.

They nailed it!! HEALTHY Keto...
I really like this book! Their diet is the same type of plan that is talked about in The Shepherds Diet, The same foods to eat are mentioned in The Bible, And also in Primal Fat Burner... These ladies have an excellent Keto calculator to go to and the recipes look great!! They offer some great advice also as they did it themselves with great success. .It is about their experience and how they did it.. If you want science, then get The Primal Fat Burner book... I only have 7 pounds to lose and have been doing this high "healthy" fat way of eating, for only 3 days, and just dropped 1.2 pounds and 2/10s % of fat overnight, after GORGING on high fats and 25 gr carbs for 3 days.. It seems impossible to be able to lose anything eating almost all fat like I did.. And alot of it, as I was craving healthy fats! On the 4th day, today, I am, for once in my life, Simply not hungry!!

Have you doubted this would be healthy?
My naturopath suggested a high fat, low carb lifestyle to protect myself from the highs and lows of my high carb lifestyle that was causing fatigue and who knows what other damage. I’m having a blast following the suggestions in The Complete Low Carb High Fat No Hunger Diet!!! I do not have a Kindle but I downloaded the free kindle reader onto my tablet, smartphone, and laptop and then purchase the Kindle version of this book. I have it with me everywhere! I also followed the author's suggestion to utilize the tools at myfitnesspal.com… SO COOL!I’ve lost 3 pounds in 5 days. My weight loss goal is approximately 10 pounds total. Perhaps more importantly, I want to see inches off, energy increased, and self loathing erased! I appreciate how the authors led me to the healthiest choices for protein and include references to current research plus awesome recipes. It is a total solution. I enjoy fruit in a different way now. 1/3 of an apple or 1/2 of a nectarine with a meal. myfitnesspal helps me keep the macro nutrients balanced to the ketohybrid ratio. I’m SO happy I found this book!!!

I am amazed that I lost 3 pounds in as many days
The title of the book, "Low Carb High Fat No Hunger Diet: Lose Weight with a Ketogenic Hybrid" is exactly to the point! I am amazed that I lost 3 pounds in as many days, that I am not hungry, do not crave carbohydrates or sweets, and am maintaining a normal level of energy! The authors have completed and present a huge amount of research upon which their diet is based. They share their personal weight loss stories with before and after photos. There are scads of food ideas and recipes, and those that I have had an opportunity to try are delicious! The two authors offer ongoing information, updates, and support through their website associated with the book. Although I want to lose only a few pounds based on how good I feel, the delicious food, the support the authors offer, and the wonderful results, it would be easy to make a long-term change to this way of eating---or,if I need to lose just a couple of pound again,to happily and easily revisit this diet. Eating Fat doesn't Make you Fat
These Ladies have done an amazing job explaining an intricate idea in layman’s terms.With tested recipes and real world experience the idea of the Ketohybrid diet (no hunger) not only becomes doable, but you’ll be anxious to get started.One of the fallacies we’ve been taught over the years is ‘Eating Fat makes you Fat’. Nothing could be further from the truth. The average North American Diet can be harmful.If you are unfamiliar with the term, Ketohybrid combines Ketogenic, Low Carb best practices with those of Paleo Diets.Your diet will be healthier, easy to stick with and tasty. It’s adaptable to your preferences. There are rules, but you start slow and can make it as intricate as you want. Noticeable effects are possible in the first 3 days. It’s up to you.I’ve already started. I’m looking forward to a new outlook.

It's Does What It Says On The Cover
This book is well written, easy to read and offers a great helping hand to those (like me) who are new to the world of watching carbs instead of calories. The authors offer insight to their own experiences with hints and tips to get you started. This book has never reached the bookshelf, it's constantly in use. It's written in such a way I feel like I've got the authors right there with me as I embark on the next chapter in my weightloss journey. ... And guess what it really works, just like the title says!

just as it says - low carb high fat no hunger diet!
This is a fantastic book for explaining the science of low carbs high fat dieting. Theres loads of details about meals and their contents of fat and protein as well as micros, macros, carbs and calories. Its also a recipe book to help you understand how you can make choices to create recipes to suit a low carb high fat approach and loose weight. I bought the book for my kindle, and used it so much I decided so buy the paperback copy too.

Some really great recipes particularly of baking. The granola recipe is to die for. Best low carb book I ever bought

This was quite informative but very American. A lot of information but not a quick reference type of book.

Poor treatment of the subject
We were disappointed with the presentation. Their advocacy of pro-organic and anti-GMO lines is unsound and forms part of the convoluted and over-long chapters that delay us getting to what we want. ...which is numerous examples of menus based on sound ketogenic / LCHF principles.
