Reliable, strong, and a bargain spool of line!
Strong, Smooth, and Easy to Work With – Great Line for the PriceI’ve used this line for both sea and coarse fishing, and it’s held up brilliantly. It casts smoothly off the spool, knots really well, and has great strength for the diameter. The 500m spool gives you loads to work with — perfect for re-spooling a couple of reels or keeping as backup. No issues with memory or coiling so far, and the blue colour gives great visibility without putting the fish off. I’d trust it on a surf setup or for carp fishing without hesitation. For the price, it’s an absolute winner — performs like a much more expensive brand.

Superb !!
Absolutely superb line. Amazing diameter for the breaking strain. I bought 6lb and its as fine as a lot of 4lb line I have. Its so strong, no worries there. It knots up well and not had any slippage. It seems to have little stretch too, more like a flouro than mono, a really good happy medium I'd say. Great quality and would highly recommend to anyone. JimBought more line since this, amended 14/03/2019I have been using this blade line by Seaknight for some time now, this I think is the 4th spool ive ordered. I have used a few different breaking strains for different applications and I honestly can NOT fault this line. it has superior strength to much more expensive lines, it has little memory for a mono, superb to knot and great resistance to abrasion. I really cant see past this line at the moment and trust me I do a lot of fishing ! I use 15 for my pike and surf fishing. 4 and 5lb for perch fishing and 6lb for my coarse feeder/method fishing for the carp and bream and to put it plainly, this line has never let me down. I forgot to mention ! the line is super thin in diameter to most other popular makes. I'd say the 6lb line is about the same as most other 4lb lines you will buy, approx 0.16mm. trust me, use this line and you wont look back !! 10 out of 10. (Might be also worth a mention, if you are in the market for a decent reel, you have to check out seaknight reels, awesome. I have 5 in various sizes and again, they ooze quality and all at a great price, thanks, Jim)

Looks good. SeaKnight v. Diawa Sensor comparison.
Bought from SK-fishing and received in 3 days. Not used yet, but the line is a good neutral colour, and I measured the 20lb at .39mm diameter. This is pretty thin for a line of this strength if the poundage is accurate, and it seems strong. Daiwa Sensor is about £1 more, but I measure Diawa 18lb at .41mm. The only disadvantage of this line over the Diawa is that the SeaKnight is definitely more stretchy, which makes it less sensitive, and probably more prone to knot, -as it tends to slowly shrink again when not under tension. It retains memory of knots too, but not much more than the Diawa. If I find any problems on the shore, I'll update.

Curls easily .
Real pity it curls / twists because it's a nice thin good coloured line .Was really delighted with the colour and diameter. Is just a real pity it is not memory free .After a few days fishing it reacts to tension applied .so it stays in small twists and curls .Again real pity .

Not used for fishing but did the job
I used this line to support sheep’s wool insulation in my ceilings while renovating my house before the plasterboard was put up. I stapled it to the underside of the joists in a zig zag to stop the insulation falling down and it worked a treat. I bought the blue colour because I previously used clear and it was very hard to see where it was. It seems very strong and only snapped when I went right through it with a staple leg. It’s very low profile and didn’t affect the installation of the plasterboard in anyway. The end was under a sticker on the spool so very easy to find.
