Yes it's gmo free. Mexico refuses to allow gmo's into their country. Nothing is labeled as being non-gmo but it'd be a national scandal if it was filled with GMO's.

Corn contains CORN glutton, but that does not affect people with Celiac Disease. This product contains no grains other than Corn. Corn Gluten - Is it Safe for People with Celiac Disease.

Is this manufactured in a facilities that also processes a gluten containing substance, such as wheat, barley or rye?

I don’t know but I used this to make tortillas. They came out great. I then put the flour into an Oxo air tight container. After about a month I noticed live bugs had hatched in the flour. I threw it out and never used this brand again. I now use Bob’s Rill Mill which is from a facility that also produces wheat.

Why is it so expensive? I could get it at my corner store for under $2.

It is expensive to ship flour in the mail. Too bulky and heavy.
