Excellent product
I've used four 50-pound bags of the EZ Street Cold Patch on my long driveway full of potholes. It worked perfectly for both shallow depressions and deep potholes. When I ran out and still had other potholes, I went to the local store to buy it, but they were out so I bought some generic brand of cold asphalt. The difference in the repairs, now that I can see them side by side is incredible. The generic one filled the potholes, but is still relatively loose, and clearly needs some sort of sealing, quickly. The EZ Street repairs are all solid and look much better compared to the other one. Required less muscle power to tamp it down, as well. Recommended for DIY.

Easy to use
Super easy to use. I’ve patched up several spots on my asphalt driveway. I just wish it was less expensive

Fast and Easy to Use
EZ Street Asphalt was truly fast and easy to use! Very little prep was needed. All we had to do was clear out the loose dirt and remove any broken asphalt pieces around the edges. Dumped the asphalt into the hole a little at a time, used a tamper to pack it in, add the rest, tamp it down again, then I drove my truck back and forth across it, done! Although, when my bag arrived, the box was busted open, and the bag had holes in it. It appeared as though it had been dragged. I thought the bag felt hard as a rock, but my son showed me that it was not hardened. The supplier said to go ahead and open it, they were both correct, the contents were fine! This was my first bag, I wanted to test it out, it's firmly in place after 6 weeks, love this product! I'm ready to buy more bags! It's worth the price :)

I didn’t like it.
I was a little disappointed. It was wet and all stuck together and the bag was so heavy that I found it difficult to work with and it was so jagged that I found it hard to fill some of the holes. Hard to explain but I will post photos.

Just works!
This worked great to fill several small depressions in my driveway. With what remained I began to fill in an area where the driveway meets the street. It was the thinnest part of the driveway and was breaking away. I cleaned the area and filled in about a 5 foot area where dirt was visible. It has been a little over a week and every spot is holding together well. I have ordered two more bags so I can finish the repairs before sealing the entire driveway.

Great product
100% worth the investment. Tried both this brand and another less expensive one offered on Amazon and there was no comparison. Highly recommended for pothole repair!

Tamp down repeatedly - but fills nicely.
Patching exposed aggregate - so not a color match but seems to do the trick.
