A Culinary Staple Transformed
I recently had the pleasure of trying Iberia Basmati Rice, and it has truly elevated my culinary experiences, deserving a stellar five-star review. This basmati rice stands out for its exceptional quality, aromatic fragrance, and the perfect texture it brings to every dish. From the moment you open the package, the distinct, nutty aroma of the basmati rice promises a flavorful journey. Iberia has done an outstanding job in sourcing and packaging this rice, ensuring that each grain remains long, slender, and intact, preventing any mushiness after cooking. The aroma fills the kitchen as it cooks, creating an inviting atmosphere for family meals. What impressed me the most was the rice's versatility. I've used Iberia Basmati Rice in a variety of dishes, from exotic biryanis to simple, comforting rice bowls. In every recipe, the rice cooked evenly and fluffed up beautifully, each grain separate and full of flavor. It's clear that Iberia understands the importance of quality in delivering a product that stands up to the demands of diverse cuisines.Cooking with this basmati rice has been a breeze. It absorbs flavors wonderfully, becoming a seamless part of every dish rather than just a side. The cooking instructions provided on the package are straightforward and easy to follow, ensuring perfect results even for those who may not be as experienced in cooking rice.Furthermore, the value of the product is exceptional. Iberia Basmati Rice is reasonably priced without compromising on quality, making it accessible for regular use. The best rice I have ever had.
I love rice, and I think Basmati Rice tastes the best, cooks the best, and pairs well with everything. I like how the rice-grains are longer than most other types of rice, and this rice smells wonderful - without adding anything to the pot besides the rice. This rice also turns out fluffy, with grains separated, no matter how many mistakes I make with it (i.e., forgetting to set the rice timer, etc.). I buy the large bag (10-pound) so I can get a price-per-serving I can afford. The rice's 10-pound bag has a nice carrying handle at the top, and this helps me a lot when trying to get the bag out/in the pantry. The bag is made of thin, woven, brightly-colored material. I keep the left-over bags and reuse them as grocery-shopping bags. The outer (material) bag gets unzipped and the inner (plastic) bag contains the rice. My last 2 rice shipments have arrived in less than 3 days from ordering, has arrived on-time, in perfect shape (i.e., no holes/rips in the outer or inner bag) and the bag looks exactly like the picture advertised; so I didn't include any additional pictures. Therefore, I am happy with this rice manufacturer, the delivery, and the rices' taste....so I plan to keep ordering Basmati Rice regularly. Hope this helps someone! :)

It's long grain and white. Tasty, doesn't waste time to cook and smells lovely. One of the best basmati have used so far.

HEAVEN ON A PLATE
I am not a rice person. It's potatoes for me, thank you. OK, years ago I tried cooking rice in a small Japanese rice cooker but after a few dinners I went back to French Fries, baked or mashed potatoes.A couple of weeks ago I saw a recipe for something and it was accompanied by rice. That propelled my search for rice videos. I must have watched a dozen famous people cook rice and each one did it differently. I looked in the back of my foyer cabinet and found the rice cooker this week. Let's give this another try, I thought. Then I ordered this rice on Amazon.I used Gordon Ramsey's fragrant rice recipe with Cardamon pods and Star Anise. You can watch it on-line.I put the water in (bottled) and added salt and butter, then the washed Iberia rice, put the cover on, flipped the switch and walked away. The baked chicken finished at the same time the rice did. I have to admit I was a little nervous as I lifted the lid of the rice cooker. There it was, a perfectly cooked, delicious in every way rice.Iberia has converted me back to being a rice eater. Every grain cooked perfectly. The taste was so different with the spices I used and it enhanced the dish considerably. Along side the chicken, the dish sang.No way I will ever use another brand of rice. If it ain't broke don't fix it! So, so happy. It tastes just as good at 3 in the morning reheated for an after Midnight snack. Can't praise this product enough.
