It tastes so good and it does not last long. I mean it is consumed quickly.

Q: does this product have added wine vinegar?

This doesn't have any added vinegar, but you should be aware that this is not balsamic vinegar. It is cooked grape juice (called "must"), the first step in making balsamic vinegar, but it is bottled immediately after cooking, and not fermented into vinegar. As such, it is very sweet, tasting like a grape jam with the consistency of syrup. There is little or no acidity. It's quite good and very concentrated- a little goes a long way. I use it in oatmeal, for example.
