Very nice handles beautiful looks great

After reading all the excellent reviews and loving the style and price of this faucet I ordered it. It came in just two days and is heavy, quality material--looking much more expensive than it is. However, my plumber had a devil of a time installing it because my counter base with wood and tile on top is two inches deep. He ended up having to take a circular saw to enlarge the opening in the bottom of the plywood base to be able to reach up and connect the hot and cold taps. Then he had to go to a big box store for more hose because the one that came with the faucet was too short. Once the project was done, I LOVED it! But what a hassle getting it installed! Expensive too--for the extra time and trips to get additional materials and tools. All my research proved manufacturers do not make longer necks for the taps anymore. They are all 1" to 1.5" and I needed 2". None of the illustrations showed the measurement of the necks of the taps. Be careful. But it sure is beautiful and just what I wanted for my Victorian bathroom!

We wanted black for our bathroom. These not only came in black but feel like a good quality. The look greats we bought 2 of them.

This brass faucet with hot and cold fixtures is absolutely gorgeous. it is probably one of the best items that I have purchased so far. The price was amazing. I installed it myself without any difficulty.The only difficulty I had was with the ceramic sink because I had to enlarge the hot and cold holes to accommodate for the 3 separate pieces.But as a determined woman I made it work. I purchased a set of diamond tile/ceramic holesaw bits and taped everything off very well. Then used a wet spray bottle to keep my working area wet. I attached several different size bits to my drill and took my time working very cautiously and carefully until the holes we were just perfect to accommodate my the new masterpiece. I didn't need to enlarge the actual middle faucet hole. I only needed to enlarge the outer edges of the hot and cold ceramic holes.It's always a good idea to install new supply lines while you're changing out your new faucet. I date my supply lines by attaching a note to them underneath the sink. I read it's recommended they be changed out every 5 years or so.If you found this review helpful, please click on the button below.
