I recently purchased the Havells Flagro with high expectations, especially given the brand's reputation. The product itself seems fine, but my experience with the installation process was extremely disappointing. The day after delivery, I received an SMS stating that the demo and installation had been initiated. However, when the technician called to confirm the installation, he asked for the liter size of the geyser. Upon informing him that it was a gas geyser, he abruptly informed me that the installation service would not be free of charge. According to the technician, I would have to pay ₹550 for the installation, as this service is not covered under the free demo and installation, despite Havells automatically initiating the request on my behalf. I believe this is highly misleading. When a brand initiates an installation request, it should be understood that this service is part of the product's offering, and I did not expect to be charged extra. The technician did not even come for a demo, which should have been free, as per standard practice. This lack of transparency and the unexpected additional cost left me very dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience. I would have appreciated better communication about the charges and a more professional approach to customer service. Based on this experience, I am not happy with my purchase and would advise future buyers to confirm all installation charges beforehand.

Recieved a defective product. When igniting with attached to wall, not working, no led showing. But when removed and kept on bed for return, before removing batteries, i turned on and its working. Again i kept on wall not working. Such loose and cheap circuit inside it seems. Glad am returning this product.

Product of havells are best in performance and safety. Solely using from past 10+ years and no doubt for any complaint. Just install and enjoy it. Even very fast service and service availability

I was skeptical to buy gas geysers at first since I’ve always used electric ones with thermostat. I bought this for a place where electric lines are hazardous and dangerous. Even if you have a ugly looking bathroom this makes it look pleasing with its color and aesthetics. The installation definitely requires a lot of work only a expert in plumbing and gas will be able to install this since it requires properly sealed nozzles for gas to share lines with you’re kitchen and bathroom. I was amazed how easy this thing operates once all setup is done. It require 2 Alkaline D batteries for the igniter to trigger. The ignition happens when we open the hot water tap and instantly you get hot water the more mins tap is open the hotter it gets. This consumes very less LPG gas compared to boiling water in stove. Havells already makes quality products, this is no different.
