Not that great an epilator
Great as a razor, not bad for getting rid of hard skin (the dual purpose was a bit of a surprise as that was not what I bought it for) but the epilator is a let down. The charging issue - I knew I had a gadget to facilitate that so no problem, but had I not been so well travelled and therefore prepared, I would have been more than a little irritated to have to buy something else just to be able to use it. If you want to sell a product in this country, provide what is needed to be able to use it here from the off!

What a joy!
I am always rather nervous about buying epilators because they don't always do everything that they are supposed to do, like remove hair from the face, shaving underarms and legs and removing the hard skin on heels. I needn't have been. This epilator works perfectly. Its epilator attachment removes all the hairs.The light makes it especially easy to see them.I'm very happy and satisfied with this excellent epilator

Nice product, shame about the charger
I have no complaints about the epilator, it works well and can be used for facial and body hair. It's not 100% effective on the odd thicker facial hair, but generally very good. The charger however didn't last long and needed replacing.
