Refurbished ipad air 2 works fine, in excellent condition and my grandson uses it for school and loves it

This iPad isn’t capable of updating all the way.
The seller wasn’t honest about how old this was nor was I told it would first take 23 hours just to get it updated to 15.8.3. All my apps aren’t able to update completely either. Beware of sellers that won’t put all information on details. I didn’t even know what model I bought until I got it. I’m totally disappointed 😔 thanks for causing my disappointment. It has taken me 7 days to download 2 apps and still trying to get my email figured out. Since I can’t just move all my information onto the new iPad from my old iPad, because it requires a 18.1, my apps,(even my email) doesn’t recognize me. I’ve had to change my password 7 times and it’s still not recognizing me.What a disappointment!!!!I should’ve went with my gut instinct…and not purchased it.
