Extremely poor quality product. This was the second time I purchased this and found it to be non-functional. I returned it and this time thankfully got back my money. Buy it on your own risk.

Lovely pen
It is very interesting to use this pen. It really works on glass, wood, steel, plastic on which we used. Very portable and easy to write. It's fantastic.

Value for money
What I disliked was its fat (thick diameter) of the tool. Secondly you need to keep the button pressed while engraving to work the tool. That gets irritating as you cant keep it pressed for more than 10 seconds. I would love to see a on -off switch to make the tool more user friendly.
