This is worth it to buy! A very good price and quality.. im so happy because i always using a back support this is the 4th time i ordered a back support to amazon and this is the best quality for me and a good brand .. very smooth and very comfortable to use. Haven't worn it lifting yet, but I can tell it's a solid belt that will do what I'm looking for. I am a petite woman and got the small so I can share with my (male) gym partner. I'm just below 29" at the bottom of the size scale but still works for us both!The logo on the front is way bigger than I would like (I appreciate subtly) but I'm looking for in-gym back support, not runway accessories haha.

This is a good belt, solid material, clearly made to last. Don't be afraid to size up!Here's the WARNING: Make sure and measure yourself across your midsection. If you are like me and your midsection is even slightly larger than your waist, you may need to size up. I ordered a 31-37" because I have a 35" waist. After trying it on, however, the belt barely fits. I measured my midsection, 37". It's a real bummer when the belt pops loose mid-lift because the velcro barely catches.

Two weeks ago I started having problems with my lower back as the result of my weight lifting. Two days ago I resumed lifting and-- while wearing the belt (for the weight lifting only)-- I only had a few slight twinges in my lower back. In fact, I only experience soreness when I take the belt off.This is one of my most successful purchases for exercise and I highly recommend it.

This product works well. It is definitely worth the purchase price. Just be aware that the size designation is way off. You must go considerably larger in size for this item to fit. I had to return my first one because of this issue, and seller was more than accommodating. Five stars to the seller

Very disappointed I chose the skull design and I get this !! Other than that good quality belt nice and stiff feels good support ! But presentation is a must for me so was not please!

I'm from the land that invented Velcro, which makes me wonder who's Velcro this is, because it is not 3m quality, and you will get hurt depending on this belt for support.

Good belt, looks nice and sufficiently supports not sure if will hold when lifting really heavy but we will see, overall would recommend

This is a great belt. I’ve used a leather one up until now and I like this one, it doesn’t bite into your sides. I got a XL. It works but I could have used just a Large - dont measure from your waist (where pants sit). I have a 34” waist but my gut is a 39 (Don’t judge me I’m working on that). i had in mind that most stuff I’ve bought online fits small. Not this one. I like the wider back, especially helps my lower back, which in a desk job is weaker than I’d like it. This adds strength and confidence. Some people on the reviews said the Velcro sucks. I know I just got my belt but it is a big piece of Velcro and it’s seems durable to me. Enjoy. Especially for the price.

La cintura è di per se di una discreta resistenza ma il velcro è davvero debole. Dopo averla testata in 3 sedute in palestra ho capito che non sarebbe durata a lungo. Ho optato per una col lo sgancio rapido e questo l'ho resa

Ottima cintura, materiale buono, struttura idonea anche per sollevamenti di buon livello. Purtroppo la taglia L a me, con un giro vita di 95 cm., è risultata troppo larga e quindi, pure al massimo tiraggio, non mi stringe come dovrebbe. Peccato

Horrible.The Velcro did not stick.... At all

A pesar he haber utlizado poco el cinturon, 5 o 6 ocasiones, el velcro se despega y no aguanta, es una mala situación en un levantamiento máximo, que a mitad se suelte el cinturón.No lo recomiendo.

Es lo que esperaba en tamaño y funcionalidad. Ya lo estoy usando y ninguna observación. Lo recomiendo con toda confianza
