I've tried many facial cleaners, including expensive name brand cleansers that have been recommended by a dermatologist. Nothing has been able to help my sensitive skin, and would only irritate and dry out my skin.My father researched the best skincare ingredients to combat breakouts, and he came across this facial bar.I've been using this facial bar for about 2 years and I have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin is clearer and my breakouts are not as severe. For stubborn pimples, I use Mighty Patch in conjunction with the soap to help get rid of it quicker, and it work wonders.One thing I would like to make note of: I have very sensitive skin. My cheeks are the most sensitive area of my face. This facial cleanser can be very drying. When I first used it, I could only use it twice a week because it would dry out my skin, and my cheeks were so sensitive that it would burn to use the cleanser or when I would apply moisturizer. Now I can use the cleanser everyday with no issues, but my skin still dries out, so I recommend using a moisturizer immediately after use.Another thing I like about this bar is that it lasts me about 2 months, with everyday use.Overall, I am very pleased with this facial cleanser bar. It helps keep my skin clear of breakouts, but when I do have breakouts, I use Mighty Patch along with the soap, and it helps get rid of it quicker. It can be very drying, so using a good moisturizer after use is what I recommend. I would recommend giving this bar a try, and I will continue buying it.

Being a licensed hair stylist I was skeptical of a bar shampoo and not a name brand shampoo. My psoriasis is acting up and spreading even though I take meds for the psoriasis. I have a new look on shampoo bars. It has helped the areas that I had breakouts and they are slowly decreasing. Will be buying again.

I have seb derm on my face and this is the only soap that keeps my flakes under control, not even the medicated wash the doctor prescribed. Works best if you layer it and leave for 2 mins. It leaves your skin very dry but you can apply an Oil-control or light moisturizer to make it better, and only if your dermatitis can handle a moisturizer.

Since I started washing my face with this soap the flaking around my eyes and eyebrows has diminished quite a bit.

I am a believer in this soap!!!I have been battling persistent facial dandruff in my T-zone area for years now. I used to have nice skin but then one day during college, I developed a rash underneath my bottom lip. I was scrubbing that area really hard with my hands for months which resulted in an even meaner rash. I started using creams and gels from my doctor but the rash persisted. My dandruff became absolutely terrible between 2014-2015. I was super depressed. Even my eyebrows were affected and the dandruff would cause me to lose eyebrow hairs everyday.I have tried everything. T-Sal, Coal Tar, Tea Tree Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ketoconazole (1% and 2% prescription), steroid creams. All this in an effort to get rid of my facial dandruff affecting the T-zone area. The rash on my chin made the white stringy dandruff come out even worse.I finally took a chance on this zinc soap bar and bought DermaZinc cream to apply daily. It has only been 3 applications with this Zinc Bar and I noticed drastic differences. My dandruff nearly disappeared and the BEST PART is that applying this soap is NOT irritating my rash. Usually when I use ketoconazole and gently apply it on my chin rash area, it would become super red and inflamed. However, this zinc bar does not flare up my rash. It just gets rid of the white dandruff flakes. THIS IS AMAZING! I realized that I will have to use these products for as long as I live since I do not think there is a cure to my condition. It is exacerbated by stress and diet. I realized now that even after Laser Surgery, the chin rash still needs time to heal. I have really done damage to the protective barrier there on my chin by scrubbing with my hands very hard during my early days with this condition.My skin has been at its best since I can remember despite some painful cystic acne pimples which as resulted in post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation. I am using a cream to lighten those spots up, but besides that my skin has become much better in recent years. I think a big part of it has to do with my laser skin resurfacing surgery earlier this year. However, I have changed up my whole facial routine.I have low to moderate, occasional pimple acne from stress and poor diet.This is my facial skin care routine:1. Wash with gentle facial cleanser.2. Wash with Neutrogena Clear Pore Acne Wash only on affected areas.3. Apply Dickinson's witch hazel toner4. I bought this soap for my sensitive scalp and thinning hair and it did bring me welcomed relief. But slowly I started noticing irregularities with my menstrual cycle. I have re-ordered multiple times over the course of six months or so and I'm just now putting 2 and 2 together. About two months after using, I noticed my periods were heavier and lasted a day or two longer. Then month 3, I got two periods within the same month two weeks apart. Two months later my period was fluctuating one day spotting next day heavy and lasted 9 days compared to 5-6 days the norm. Weirdly I haven't had my period since Jan 16, 2023. It's now march and I'm not pregnant and bloodwork was drawn. Apparently my prolactin levels are low. Do a Google search for the following: "zinc pyrithione + prolactin". I should mention, I did start using this soap for my daily head to toe showers. It was just easier instead of stopping mid way to switch to another. It's scent free and it does leave a white film of sorts around my fingers and stomach area. Almost looked ashy every time I came out of the shower. But anyway, the soap does as described, but using it effected my cycle. I'm early 30s, AA female and no health issues.
