comfortable but two problems.
This is a nice seat but a few months after installing the snap on the strap that holds the seat closed while in transport came off on both seats. A while later one of the pins that allows the back of the chair to fold up and down popped out. I had to duct tape it in to keep this from reoccurring.I got these for a great price, around $78.00 for the pair but if you are expecting worry-free performance it may not happen.

THESE ARE CRAP
These seats are absolutely terrible. I bought four of them to replace my boat seats, seats that had been in the boat for 20 years with no issues. The FIRST TIME I took the boat out with these new seats, one of the seat backs ripped off from the hinges completely (the plastic tore like a piece of paper) and 2 of the other chairs showed signs that they were about to do the same. We had to cut our boating trip short because these seats quickly turned into a potential major safety issue. Don't waste your money.

Good Product
I have searched high and low for boat seats at a decent price. These have worked good, only thing I wish the backs were a little higher for more comfort.
