Only real mini basketball hoop
I've owned 4 basketball hoops now, and this is my first one that works. Basically every hoop you know of is just a piece of plastic that breaks the first time you dunk on it, and can barely even handle normal shots. You spend all of your time looking for a legitimate basketball hoop that you can shoot, dunk on, and put a lot of abuse on over a long period of time. This is it. Congratulations SKLZ, the only company I have found to make a normal basketball hoop that 100% of people in the basketball hoop industry are looking for. I've had this hoop for a few weeks, and i constantly dunk on it and take super hard shots and it does not show any wear and tare. i never actually thought that in my lifetime I would live to see a mini basketball hoop that you can dunk on, but i have been proved wrong for the better. The fact that this thing is only $25 is also amazing. It's a hoop that seems to be made out of regulation material, which feels very nice, and the backboard, although bendy, seems to put up against a lot. it was easy enough to set up, as it came with the 3 nuts, the 3 screws, the padded rim plate, and the wrench to put it all in place. but don't worry, those nuts and screws are to connect the rim to the backboard, not to put it into the wall. it comes without the rim on the backboard because the box would have to be like 3 times as thick for it to be already set up, and the process really only takes 5 minutes at most. the hoop goes very nicely over the door, and the hooks are padded, but my personal experience is that i can't close the door with it on. my friend who introduced me to it has more room between his door and doorframe, so he can close his door with this on, so some doors may work to always have this on, although some like mine cannot. also, i thought that it would put stress on my door when i dunk on it or even leave it there, but it really doesn't. my advice though, is don't hang on it. ik it may be obvious to most people, but this thing isn't made out of diamond. if you weight 150 pounds and try to hang on it, it probably will break the backboard or the door, and it will be your fault! my only complaint would be the ball. it's not a big complaint, but the ball is pretty heavy. my friend who introduced me to this hoop told me that his neighbor under him complains about the ball hitting the ground, so when we play, we have to put a pillow under it to stop the ball from hitting the ground. my solution is really just ditch the ball. you can buy foam balls in 3 packs or something like that for $5 at your local dicks or modell's or sports authority or whatever your local sports store is. i understand that SKLZ is going for a regulation type ball, but i have a ball made out of the same material that's basically the same size but is probably half the weight. i stick with my two foam balls, and that same material half weight ball. a complaint that i saw from other customers was that the ball doesn't come inflated, but i know exactly why. once you inflate the ball, you'll notice it's 50% thicker than the box it came in, so that's why people. all in all, this is very worth it to buy, as for what it is, $25 is paying nothing for the experience. you can shoot and dunk and not really have to worry about a thing. when this thing breaks in like 10 years or whenever in the far future, i will definitely buy it again without even thinking twice about it.

Great over the door game!
Very easy to put together and I love that it has foam pads against the back so when you hang it on a door, it’s does not ruin the door by scraping or scratching it. My son absolutely loves this and it’s a great indoor activity when it’s bad weather! The design is sleek and not cheap looking - the backboard is sturdy and can take a beating from my 11 year old!

Decent hoop
Alignment with my closet was good and the ease of using it was pretty fun. It is good for indoor use and is really sturdy. No missing parts in box and all the colors are bright. The one problem that if you use it a lot, it could make some color on a closet if the closet is white and for me my closet broke but that might have been due to pressure. Nonetheless, it’s a really nice hoop for a decent price. You get two balls and they are pretty good. I use only one of them as the other one is really hard for some reason as it was harder to pump up with the pump that came in the box.

Best indoor mini basketball
One of the best indoor activities that we have in our home! Fun for all ages. Lightweight, sturdy backboard, easy assembly. Highly recommend it.

Great gift for 5 y/o, few comments:
The good: Great quality, seems durable and works as expected. Easy to assemble. The size is decent and it was all in all a success as a gift. The “bad”: There aren’t bad things per se but the board does make a loud noise when the ball hits it prior to going into the net. Its acrylic and it sits with like a quarter inch from the door, so when the ball hits it it then hits the door. Its obviously not a toy meant to be quiet, but if loud noises bother you then maybe its not for you.Additionally, the door doesn’t close all the way but this I think is due to the design of my doorframe. Not really an issue as the door is almost all the way shut and kids can play with no issue with it.Overall opinion: worth it, just a bit loud- happy with the purchase

Extremely durable!
This is a fantastic over the door basketball hoop. I have this in my therapy office the kids love it and it's nice because it folds up so it does not bang on the wall when you open the door.

Decent
Lasted 1 year before cracking but did not crack fully. It is too dangerous to continue playing because it is on the verge of cracking. It is very loud when hitting the backboard, even with a towel behind it. It fits the door pretty well as there is almost enough space for another one. The hoop is over priced and compared to other hoops like Tekk as I bought that as a replacement for this. I recommend the Tekk hoop because it has a thicker backboard, is more sturdy, and has a better break-away rim. The only downside is the the rim for Tekk is slightly louder. Overall, this is a good hoop if you want a flip up rim, but the backboard is too thin and weak. And, the rim does not have enough resistance because if you hit the front rim the whole thing shakes around and is very loud.
