Easy, Tasty
This is the only pre-made Thai curry I will buy. Whether it’s green, red, yellow, panang, or Musselman, they are all great.

Great spice and flavor
After visiting Thailand I knew I had to come back to the states and figure out how to make green curry! This green curry paste is amazing and I am so happy to have found it. The spice is kicking and the flavor is great, closest authentic Thai green curry flavor I've had since being there.

Using paste can is not the same as using the soup cans.
Made my first batch of Green Curry from paste. I've made good curry using the soup cans before but this was the first using just the paste can. First difficulty was trying to source vegetables I like to use with it. I used green beans, bamboo shoots and basil. Second the curry tasted a little sour so I added some honey to sweeten it up. The important thing to keep in mind is that you will end up with almost 2 quarts of curry so do not assume ingredient amounts used when cooking the soup cans will be enough when using the paste cans. I also believed the flavor improved after spending a night in the refrigerator.

A great VEGAN Ingredient!
CURRY! There is simply no better way to turn a pot of vegetables, (or any ingredients), into a fantastic, restaurant quality dish than to make a coconut curry. So quick, so easy, and SO good! However, if you’re vegan, prepared curry paste is generally off the menu as nearly all brands contain fish sauce or shrimp paste. I’ve eaten dishes made with these innumerable times and they are great, but Maesri pastes are just as good yet contain no animal products. I love that!I also love that Maesri sells paste in 4 ounce cans. This solve the other problem with most pastes: waste. Ya, the large containers are economical and keep well in the back of the fridge for ages, but they also tend to...live in the back the fridge for ages! The Maesri 4 oz. tins are a much more manageable size. You’re still not going to use an entire can in a single go, but you can get around to finishing it in a reasonable amount of time. We’ve tried around 8 different flavors of Maesri pastes over the years, but the red, green, and masaman are our favorites. We always keep some in the pantry. They make great weekday meals, or the perfect solution to ‘what’s for dinner?’ when you’ve run out of ideas. Curry is also a great show-stopper for surprise guests, and the ultimate prepper ingredient, (even boot leather tastes amazing)!

Love it
Best brand of curry paste that I have used. No need to add any other spices.

Teeny tiny restaurant in a can
One of our new favorite comfort foods! We discovered this brand when we had difficulty finding a green curry in our local grocery store, and wow are we lucky we turned to Amazon. If you search the web for Maesri green curry recipes, you’ll find one from recipetineats that talks about pumping up the flavor on a tin of curry to taste homemade - essentially you just add in a few cloves of grated garlic and similar amount of fresh ginger and lemon grass. It is amazing! Our picky 13-year-old who complains about everything we feed her, and will not go near a curry from any restaurant, absolutely raves about these curries and asks us to make them again and again. We recommend the green curry (use half the can - freeze the other half - it’s spicy!) with shrimp, bamboo shoots, and snow pea pods. You can do the traditional massaman with lamb, and potato, but we also really like to do this one vegetarian with chick peas, potato and some toasted peanuts. Look, the bottom line is if you’ve ever thought you’ll never be able to make a restaurant quality curry at home, try these Maesri curries.
