Works great, but didn’t come with all that was advertised.
The ignition coil worked as intended, however I purchased three of these ignition coils and none of them contained the ignition lead wire that was included in the description.

This fit well on my little limb saw. Since replacing the coil on the MS170 the saw has been running flawlessly.

If nothing will fix your saw, this might be what you need
Works great! I was sure that I had a carburetor problem, but a new carb didn't fix the issue. After trying several other things I thought "well, the coil is about the only thing left". Replaced it with this part and the saw fired right up. My 30 year old Husqvarna chainsaw now runs like new, better than it has in years. Just use a typical business card to set the gap and you're in business!

Poor quality
Ground broke from coil while hooking the wire on it causing saw not to shut off

As advertised and well packaged
The item arrived in a timely fashion, was packaged well. My only concern was the wire was longer than stop which required so fiddling to install without interfering with other components. Well made and worth a second look

1st one failed
this is the only coil that can be modified to fit a Husqvarna 44 saw , a hole has to be drilled to do this , after setting flywheel clearance , started right up and ran well
