Wonderful vegan protein. No gut issues too

Worst possible taste ever. Smell also very bad. Total waste of money go for tofu or other alternatives for nutritional requirements.

The package says 4g of protein per thin and total 28g of protein. So ideally it should have 7 thins of the same size per pack. But there are different quantity and sizes. One of the package had only 5 pieces. So I'm not really sure about the amount of protein content in the pack.

It is delicious only if its cooked properly. And also if ignored the strong taste. I don't know what is that taste..was it soy sauce or was it the soybeans itself not sure. But its not really tasty out of the box just heated. It must be made with extra onions and some masalas. Then it is quite meaty and edible. Some may even like it as it is. But it was kinda good alternative to fish or meat..more like fish without bones than meat.

Tempayy is a great source of protein! It is so easy to make and I can just add it to any dish I want
