A bit fiddly to fit but does the job well
Once in the ear they stay there and do make a big difference in the noise level

I was looking for an alternative ear pro to the "orange squishies" that are so ubiquitous to the shooting sports but without going to a muff style. I like to use double ear pro when shooting to help prevent further hearing loss. These ep10's really impressed me in both comfort and sound reduction. Right off the bat these are the most comfortable in ear protection I have tried. During several days of shooting at an outdoor range, using calibers from .22lr to 7.62x39, I found these to be so good that I didn't even use my normal double up method of ear pro. The report from handguns, even .45 long from a revolver and 9mm +p, was absolutely quiet. When I switched up to rifle rounds the report was loud but not uncomfortable. The one issue I had while shooting rifle was that the ep10 on my right side managed to walk out just enough to get one shot to ring my ear. Between talking to a friend and getting a really high cheek weld I think the ep10 managed to wiggle out of my ear canal. That being said I still find the ep10's much more comfortable to wear and with a much better canal fit than the old squishies. I highly recommend this product, though I would still suggest using muffs in conjunction with these if shooting indoors or with big bore rifles. Also be mindful that certain movements may encourage these to come loose from the ear canal.

I am 100% satisfied with this Surefire product. I had a chance to test them quite vigorously in various outdoor conditions with mostly 9mm and 7,62x39mm calibers and they were perfect, the noise suppression is really impressive for an in-ear plugs. They have been through a combination of mud, wet ground and sweat and after light cleaning, they are like new. They will be always part of my range bag now. For indoor shooting, I would probably throw earmuffs over them, but no personal experience.

単独で使うなら最高ですが、人の話し声は全く聞こえませんので、片耳を外すかするしかないかな〜

Unlike full ear muffs, where wearing of a hat with a rim is out of the question, I can now have ear protection of a high standard and protect against sunburn when mowing or edging my lawns

These earplugs work well, and the compressible foam does a good job conforming to your ears. Just be aware you probably do not want to rely solely on earplugs, whether it's these or any other brand. You want to double up both with earplugs and earmuffs to save you hearing, because once it's gone, it's gone. Still, these are adequate for those times when the noise is not outrageous and you want to go without earmuffs.
