Essential Ayurveda
This is a must for any serious student of Ayurveda. Not a book for beginners as it includes in depth description of treatments using a lot of sanskrit and technical terminology. A workable knowledge of Ayurveda and it's terminology is recommended. I found it invaluable for my studies and it is something I will use as a reference book that I will dip in and out of rather than a general read. The author is a leading expert and so the wealth of knowledge this book contains is well worth the price. Well written, highly recommended.

This is a wonderful book. Anybody interested in learning about Ayurvedha comprehensively step by step, must buy this book and Vol 1. of the series. You will not regret. It is more worth than it's price. and VOl 3 is now available too....
