(1 week in depth) Seems to be of very good quality, and as described
A week into owning this reflex ball, so my comments on durability are somewhat limited. Firstly, the product arrived on time, and with the expected goodies. There was a little pamphlet mentioning Lomachenko and recommending new users wear safety glasses, which (they claim, I didn't try) they will send for free if you send them an email within 30 days of buying. I think this is good advice, primarily for children, not because of the ball, but because of the elastic band which can hit eyes and give welts. I also recommend you think carefully about how long you want the cord to be, then tie it tightly in a knot and cut the extra. This prevents the extra elastic hitting you in the face/eyes. You cannot leave the excess as you cannot tuck it away without losing the advantage of the swivel mechanism (cord will twist which is more annoying than it sounds). With that being said, the obvious weak point in these training tools is the elastic, and they supply an extra elastic cord and a tool to install it. So despite only having it a week I don't expect major durability issues in the future. The ball itself is very unlikely to sustain any serious damage as it is a very firm and heavy foamy rubber. It is surprisingly heavy. The swivel on the headband is also a very nice feature as it essentially eliminates all twisting and coiling of the cord during use. The headband is very adjustable and comfortable, and the velcro seems of good quality. My only complaint is that there is a small hard plastic end cap on the other side of the ball which you may hit with your knuckles often, which isn't a big deal if you box regularly as your knuckles are likely very hard and calloused, but again if you are getting this for a child, supervise them until you are very confident in them not hurting themselves, make sure they only hit as hard as they need to, this is not meant to be hit hard. Also, watch for hair getting caught in the swivel, it is easy to avoid and worth it to avoid the cord twisting, but if it happens it is unpleasant. Lastly, keep in mind you cannot use this with 100% proper boxing form (not a substitute for boxing training/punching bags), it is only to teach accuracy, hand-eye-coordination, and (when you get much better at it) slipping punches, its also really fun. If your first cord holds up well, you may even be able to drive a screwdriver through a spare tennis ball and make a second ball for some variety. Watch Lomachenko use it on YouTube to get some ideas for drills.

Finely made product, but the ball is WAY too heavy
While the headband and string/attachment to this product are well-made, the ball that it comes with must almost weigh 1-lb. I've owned a few of these over the past 2 years, and the ball has always been super light weight. This allows the ball to stay on a horizontal line with your head, but with this ball I couldn't get the ball to even stay in the air. Also, anyone who has ever used one of these will know that occasionally, you'll miss or slip off the ball and it could come back and hit you in the face. If this ball comes back and hits you, you will surely have a black eye. MY recommendation to the company would be to keep everything as is, but make the ball 1/4 of the weight it currently is.

For what you pay is a decent product.
Makes what promised and is very economical. If you intention is to buy something to train every day, this is not your product. But if the idea is to use it just for fun with friends, then this is perfect.

Hilarious
Bought this for my 11 year old grandson. He wanted to work out this year. This was hilarious to watch the kids trying to hit the ball. I can see where this would be so good their eye hand coordination. (Christmas Day) The 11 year old got to where he could hit it consistently 8 or 9 times in a row. The eight year old and nine year old were not quite as adept but they did get better. It kept them entertained for hours. Highly recommend this, it's great and fun.

BEST.
So I have bought 3 of these reflex ball headband things. I bought all 3 of them from different companies so therefore, each product is unique to the other two. After using all of them for some time I will gladly report that this one is the best- by far. The swivel that the string connects to is BRILLIANT (and a feature that the other two DO NOT HAVE. Although the other two are fine and will surely still be used, this one is the only one that gets 5 stars from me. Thanks so much!

1st cord too thin(unusable), 2nd cord almost impossible to thread, product overall meh.
I bought the Gdaytao Boxing Reflex Ball mainly because I thought the swivel concept would better stabilize the ball. It came with two different cords that attach ball to headband. Unfortunately the cord that comes already attached is too thin to support the ball and is just all around faulty. The better of the two cords works well however threading the cord through the ball took me about 45 minutes. The swivel concept ended up as a bust for me because as I started using the reflex ball the constant rattling of the swivel was distracting. The headband is Velcro and seems sturdy enough, it just barely fit my head. If you know how to thread the cord like a seamstress and the rattling of the swivel doesn't bother you then this product is adequate for training needs. To manufacturer: please make the 1st cord a little stronger so It can be used, also I recommend it coming with the second (stronger) cord already attached.

I tried it and was awful. Person I gave it to however is a martial artist with over 50 years training and who also has trained as a boxer, so piece of cake for him and was appreciated. Good for others if you want to work on hand/eye coordination as it takes some work for those of us who aren't already superheroes. Did bop a curious cat on the nose - he was trying to bat at it, doesn't anymore! - and almost knocked over a lamp so maybe be careful who and what is nearby when using.

You have to cut the string to the arm length of the user. No instructions included to do this. Feels cheap and the headband is not what I expected. Got it for Christmas and have not used it yet because I have to cut it. Comes with a metal tool that there are no instructions for using (I would imagine it is for replacing the string).
