First time trying golden milk, and put a scoop in my coffee! I was ready to turn up my nose while having to chug it, but actually out loud said “Mmmmm!” It tastes so good. Hopefully it will give health benefits as well!

Smooth golden tea. I love the benefits of this! Anti-inflammatory, calming and has become a great afternoon treat for me. I heat up milk or water, add a scoop with a few drops of stevia, whisk the day lights out of it and enjoy. I keep circling the cup to keep things mixed while I'm drinking or you will get a bit of sediment on the bottom. I just add a splash more milk and consider it a bonus swig! My 10 year old loves it also. This golden milk is a lot less "spicy" than others I've tried. I keep going back to this brand.

Love the product, unfortunately my body doesn't like the turmeric. It causes me muscle aches.

This has been a game changer for me for getting a good nights sleep. Have tried everything. I Mix it in with some decaf green tea about an hour before bed. No more 2 or 3 in the morning with racing mind. Very calming.

Really yummy and subtle. I drink it before bed. It relaxes me and makes me nice and sleepy. I like it.

Has really helped with body pain and stiffness. I was finding it harder and harder to get on and off my horse but after using this product I was once again able to get on my horse.

Expect to receive this product in a plastic jar. I thought it would have been packaged in a glass jar. I made a cup of tea with So Delicious Coconut Milk and added a sprig of cinnamon and a bit of honey. I tasted good. I enjoyed my cup of golden milk.
