Q: Is there room to add an ear speaker?

If it’s flat or an in ear speaker then yes. I did find that the XL size I ordered was smaller than other helmets I own so keep that in mind.

Q: about the fit I'd like to know if there is room in front of the mouth, because some dont... and I'd like to put a small mike for communication system.

put a Bluetooth intercom system in mine. You pull out the helmet liner and pads, then you see the styrofoam on the inside of the helmet. I took a soldering iron and melted away the proper dimensions after tracing the outline of the speakers on the styrofoam. I tested the fit as I went along, and adjusted accordingly. I glued velcro on the bottom of the hole, and then put velcro on back of the speaker, put the speakers in, and ran the wires on the inside of the helmet in the back. When you replace the liner and pads, that holds the wires in place, but you can use a piece of tape to hold the wire in the exact spot if you like. The connecting wire, that runs to the Bluetooth unit mounted on the outside of the helmet, just comes out of the bottom of the helmet between the liner and the styrofoam. You run the microphone wire from there up to the front of the helmet on the piece below the visor, by the mouth guard. you can use a couple of pieces of tape to hold wires in place if you like. I mounted the Bluetooth unit with heavy duty velcro that I custom cut to the exact dimensions of the Bluetooth unit. I mounted this just above where the connecting wire comes out toward the bottom of the helmet on the side. I did this to three helmets all in all. Works absolutely great. Couldn't imagine dirt biking with my buddies without it, and my intercoms are the cheaper Chinese units.
