Ancient Nutrition Bone Health Multivitamin
So, first off, if you're wondering why this multivitamin is slightly pricier than you may expect, I suspect it's due to the inclusion of specific forms of B-vitamins that are more easily processed by people with Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) Deficiency, a relatively common mutation that can impact your body's ability to use folate. For example, this supplement uses (6S)-5-MTHF, which has several studies backing it up as the optimal choice for people with MTHFR deficiency. I also appreciate that this doesn't have sky-high levels of B-vitamins across the board, as seems to be very common in multis lately. You know how your urine can be neon yellow from many multivitamins? That's frequently due to excessive Riboflavin intake. For most people, it's just wasteful and LITERALLY gets flushed down the drain, but there are some people who do experience negative impacts from some of the crazy 5000% DV Biotin and the like that many brands are including lately. I felt pretty good while taking this, and after I finished the bottle and switched back to my normal Multi, I actually kind of found myself thinking I'd prefer to return to this Ancient Nutrition formula after my current other brand runs out. I'm not really sure of the benefit of 40mg of Milk Protein, or if it does much more than what I'm already consuming as someone who uses Whey Protein daily. There's likely a negligible amount of calories and protein included, apparently not even enough to merit inclusion on the label (consider that 30 GRAMS of milk protein isolate has 25g of protein and 110 calories, 40 MILLIGRAMS is a teensy portion of that). I'd love if Ancient Nutrition provided a bit more information about the milk protein they're using and why they chose it, just for my personal interest. For example, if it contains any decent amount of lactoferrin, that could be why I felt good - I respond super well to supplementing lactoferrin. But it also could have just been down to taking a form of Folate that, as someone with the referenced mutation, I can utilize more effectively. With that said, I have been consistently impressed with everything I've tried from Ancient Nutrition thus far. I really love their Clean Energy drink powder, and I may return to this as my multivitamin of choice.

Has vitamins, not just bone & joint supplements.
When I take these, my urine gets very dark yellow, which makes me question how much is being absorbed. They don't make me sick to my stomach though. Has a balance of the A,C,E vitamins, along with the typical bone/joint type supplements. Make sure you read the list of vitamins/supplements in these so you are not overdosing if you are taking with other supplements. There are some things in this that make it lean more toward a multi-vitamin, rather than just a joint supplement. I like that it combines the joint supplements with vitamins you need for strong bones.

Solid formula
This bone-support multivitamin stands out for its thoughtful, science-focused formula. It combines clinically studied milk protein peptides with 21 essential vitamins and minerals—including methylated B vitamins and gentle, highly absorbable chelated minerals. The blend is designed for easier digestion and better nutrient uptake, which is great for anyone who struggles with traditional supplements. The formula is clearly targeted at supporting women’s bone health as they age, and the ingredients feel high-quality and well-considered. Overall, it’s a well-rounded option for anyone looking for a more advanced, peptide-powered multivitamin approach to bone health. The taste is not noticeable, and the capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I would say that is is probably a bit expensive for me, but I've been doing research on peptides and feel like the benefits are worth the cost. I will continue to buy these.

Better off taking just a multivitamin, expensive
Though this supplement contains calcium & other ingredients that support bone health, it really is more of a multi-vitamin. It actually only contains 5% of your daily calcium intake, so I think calling it bone density & bone building is exaggerating. $39.95 for a 1 month supply of a multivitamin is also very expensive. My regular multivitamin actually contains a higher % of most of the vitamins & minerals than this supplement. It came in a large bottle, but the capsules only filled up 1/4 of the bottle so it's just wasteful packaging. The capsules are large-almost 1 inch long, but I was able to swallow them okay. There's no bad taste to them. They expire 6/2027 so they have almost a 2yr shelf life. I have experienced any side effects while taking this supplement. Even though these are not bad supplements, I would just stick to a regular multivitamin & maybe just add a calcium supplement for extra bone health.

Easy to take, interesting set of minerals and vitamins
Easy to swallow, great quality. I have always been pleased with the Ancient Nutrition Brand, and these are no different. They are a great multi for menopausal women, and have had good benefits for me regarding energy and overall feel. They are about average for cost, based on current listing price. There is no weird smell or taste, and they have nutrients to bolster bone health and density. They are gluten and soy free and have chelated minerals as well as methylated B12, all of which I appreciate having in a multivitamin. The listing says they are intended to "fill gaps" in the modern diet, and these seem like they might do that. They are easy to take and have not upset my stomach.

Packed with good stuff
I'm a big fan of Ancient Nutrition's products, having used their probiotic in the past and currently using their collagen protein powder every morning. They are a trustworthy, quality brand that puts care into their products. I'm also a post-menopausal woman, so proper bone density is an issue that I need to stay on top of. This supplement is full of beneficial ingredients designed to do just that. I've been taking this for several weeks now with no stomach upset or ill effects. I very much appreciate that you only need to take one capsule a day, as so many other supplements are two or even three capsules per serving. The capsules are a bit on the large side, but not prohibitively so - I've had no problem with swallowing them, even when I take it along with one or two other capsules. I don't really understand the bottle though - for a company that cares about the planet, they use an unnecessary amount of packaging for the amount of product inside. This is a bit on the pricey side, but that's in keeping with this brand and the quality of their products. It's too soon to gauge effectiveness, but this is a supplement that I will probably stick with.

Bone Health In a Bottle
I started taking **Ancient Nutrition Bone Health Multivitamin** a couple weeks ago because I’m in my mid-40s and want to stay ahead of the curve on bone density—my mom’s had issues, so I’m not messing around. The **21 vitamins and minerals** (with methylated B’s and chelated forms) are easy to absorb, and the **milk protein peptides** are a nice twist for bone remodeling. I like that it’s a once-daily capsule, no weird taste, and it doesn’t upset my stomach even on an empty one. Too early to say if it’s actually building bone (I’d need a scan for that), but I *do* feel a little more solid—less random joint creaks after workouts, and my energy’s been steady. The bottle’s a **30-day supply**, and I’m already on auto-order. If you’re proactive about long-term bone health and want a clean, science-backed multi, this one’s worth trying. I’ll update in a few months. **4 stars for now—promising start.**

Excellent bone health supplement
I am very excited to try this product which uses high quality ingredients. It's almost a complete multivitamin and multimineral but with a focus on bones. The B vitamins are methylated including the folate which is (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, a highly bioavailable form of folate. The minerals are amino acid chelated to help your body absorb them better. It also has milk protein to help with maintaining bone density.
