i’ve literally been looking for this tea for years. i used to drink it when i was younger. i have IBS-c and this helps me so much. this just happened to pop up in things i might like and its the exact tea i used to have before. oh i was so excited to finally find it. the reason i say read about the tea on this page before deciding is because i saw a lot of negative reviews from people who maybe didn’t understand that this is just a laxative.. someone even said “this is just regular tea that makes you go #2” and yeah thats the point lol.. the senna leaf is the natural laxative. also some people complained about severe cramps, its important to start slow.. definitely only have 1 a day.. you might build up to 2 if necessary, but ITS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DRINK WATER. like you can avoid those cramps and long drawn out bathroom sessions if you are well hydrated and eat healthy as well. this tea is very helpful if you use it correctly. also i was super excited that there’s all these flavors, when i used to get it at the grocery store in the past they only had acai berry flavor, so these flavors are great!
