STAEDTLER Stick 430 M-2 Ballpoint Pen Medium - Red (Box of 10)

I traveled from the U. S. to Ireland several yrs in a row. I journaled my day every evening. While there i bought one of these pens, as the pen I brought from home ran out of ink. Everyone knows, you have a favorite pen . This one turned out to be mine. I like the way it writes, the color, the comfort in my hand. When it ran out of ink when I returned home. I found them on Amazon as they don't sell this brand in shops in America as a general rule. I have to keep it in my pocket at work because, apparently my coworkers find it to be great pen as well. Its the little things in life right? ✨️

I bought these pens hoping they would be similar to the ones I used growing up. They are no longer available locally. They write. Always. No priming or having to scribble first. They also write evenly. No splotches or dry areas. Smooth. No leaks. And these last. YEARS. So thank you, once again, Staedtler. I love your products, and I'll always be buying these.

One of those old fashioned ball points. Will take a while to get to fully smooth ink flow and the writing ease also gets better with time. Bought this out of nostalgia (knowing all the cons), they are as I remember them to be.

The pens write wonderfully. I purchased two boxes. Three stars because the boxes were pretty beat up. One box was in its own bag by itself, the other was thrown into the same box containing two laundry detergent bottles. with one piece of packing paper in it. So I thought maybe the bottles moving in the box damaged that pen box. When I opened the bag with the other box of pens, which was sent by itself with nothing else in the bag, that box was also beat up. When I picked up the box packed with the laundry detergent, all of the pens fell out. They should’ve been packaged together. Luckily, none of the pens were damaged.

Nice to find these pens on Amazon! Used them a ton in high school. The ink is fresh and pens write so well. They're as light to hold as I remember. I also received my order several weeks in advance.

I get surprised because it is not same item in pictures the top of pen is yellow. Really bad I was waiting for or over one month

Smooth writing

Not as the original one, the original Stic comes with a metal nib.. this one is a plastic nib. The writing experience is below average compared to the original metal tip ones. Don't recommend buying if you are looking for the nostalgic metal tip ball pens.

I purchased this set on a lightning deal sale for 199/- on a whim and this is hands down one of the best pens I’ve used for day to day writing purposes. I prefer a thicker pen body for a good and comfortable writing grip, which is one of the best things about this pen. The ink is dark and flows smoothly without any issue. The pen does not cause blotting which is a common issue with cheaper ball pens. I’ve been using these pens for almost 9 months at this point and can absolutely recommend these to anyone over any other pen in this price range. If price is an issue for you, I’d recommend waiting for a sale on this product because in my opinion it’s worth the wait.
