I had to have my gallbladder removed and have been having trouble with digesting fats and sugars, I've tried a few digestive enzymes and they don't work long enough I still get heart burn, this product works great! I love cheese and will have it with a sandwich plus dark chocolate for a dessert, I take two of the pills, one with the main mean and one with the dessert. Have been using Cabot products for fifteen years. Always excellent quality. Really helps with digestion. Especially if you have had your gall bladder removed.
