After 3 months of occasional us , it stopped working. Both green and red indicators are on. Waste of money.

I bought two of these extensions. While one of them rolls very smoothly, the other one doesn't roll as smoothly specially while pulling out the wire. I hope, this issue is resolved as otherwise the product is very good.

Thought the extension wire to be of 5 to 6 meters length but it is less than 4 mts.
