Maglite 2 Cell AA LED Mini Presentation Box, Black

Well designed product and my third purchase of the same item. Initial purchase was made from the US Amazon site a few years ago and was quite satisfied. Similar to other reports, Duracell batteries leaked within the torch & wrecked it. Maglite US was willing to replace free of cost, but I would have to ship damaged item at my expense to the US. Not worth it.Duracell India washed their hands of the issue after it was revealed that the company which owns Duracell business in India is not the one printed on the back of the pack (Not Procter & Gamble / Gillette India anymore). Got sold off some time back to some no-name company (Google is your friend!) So much for a 'premium' product!!I now use Japanese-made Eneloop rechargeable batteries which are stunningly well built. The Duracells (not again!) which came with the box went into some wall clocks. :)Do I like this product? Yes. Beautifully made, therefore this is the 3rd MiniMag LED purchase (Duh). Will I buy from this seller again? No. This 'presentation box' was dusty and the exterior surface scratched thoroughly from what I assume is poor storage. Even had some dust inside the box with the lettering around the head smudged and the lens was coated. Extra obvious, on the black case and when the light is powered on for the first time. Thankfully this is for my personal use, so that's OK. This would be unacceptable condition for a gift.Irony? Buying this item direct from the US Amazon site and having it shipped halfway around the world gets you - not only a better condition product but probably cheaper as well. Your normal Amazon India login ID will likely work.Give it a shot.

Good item, Head of torch has a white patch due to lose of its paint cotting

I carried my first mag light many years ago as a Policeman because they were super tough,always reliable and threw a super good beam. I had this particular model in my pocket and a three D cell on my belt.Never ever failed me and after thirty years after retirement they still work like the day I bought them.

Bon produit avec une excellente luminosité. Robuste, mais je ne la soumet pas à de très grosse contrainte, elle me sert pour les voyages à motos ou sa compacité et son efficacité sont plus qu'appréciable.
