The device quality is very low, and the software is not user-friendly. There is no proper guidance on how to download attendance reports. The product specifications were not clearly mentioned on the official website. When I contacted customer care, they told me to purchase an 8GB pen drive to download the software. The equipement working fine. But the downloaded excel sheet is protected, not opening with manual given password 0000, 1234, 123456, 8888 etc. Even customer could not resolve it.

The basic functions of registration of personnel and recording the attendance is easy. However, there is no product manual and no online support. Setting schedules is difficult as it gives wierd error messages which have no solution. I could not set an evening shift from 6 pm to 2 am. The error message says unreasonable time. Only a long term usage can provide better review.
