Don’t follow recipe on packet!
Although quality of this product is fine (it is cornmeal though, not grits…), the instructions given on the packet make it far too thick. You could build houses with that consistency! Suggest following your own or checking online for a better tasting result.

It's Yellow...
White corn is traditional where I am from and and I wanted to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal for my family. This was pricey, bot worth it fo a special occasion; sadly, they sent yellow conrmeal which is not at all what I ordered.
