Great kit of the 1970 ford pickup.
This moebius kit of the 1970 Ford pickup is like their other Ford pickup kits, that is very good. The detail is there and accuracy with nice decals included. This is a custom and 8ft. bed with 4-wheel drive. You can always add different tires and rims and make it sit higher with lifts like the actual truck. The grille is open like the actual truck. No one until Moebius has done this in 1/25 scale before on pickups. Great kit. recommend.

Great model
i did have some fitment issues, other than that, this kit is really well done, almost looks 3d printed, i will but more of these trucks as they have a great variety of the older ford trucks.

Good details
The model had some good details and was easy to assemble. Would be nice if there were a few options in the kit you cod pick from like a front spare tire carrier, tool box, headache rack and maybe a grill guard. Overall it's a good kit and represents this year model very well.

Very satisfied
Took 4 years to find this exact model for a family member it's an exact replica of his dad's truck before he passed and we are building the real truck so now he'll have a model for inside his house lol get ready for those tears. Shipping was faster than posted, package was packed very well and pictures of model and real truck will be posted. I highly recommend this company if your into models or know someone that is.

Review from a "Semi Pro" (not Pro)
This model has a lot of pluses and minuses, so forgive me for the long review - it was difficult to rate, but I’d have to say, overall, the lack of better alignment fixtures and simple things - like wheels not turning - rates this one a C+.This was my first Moebius model, and I was curious because they do the 2001 space odyssey models (which I would like to do at some point - but they are expensive) and my dad had a 72 Ford F-100. I will say there is a pretty significant amount of detail. The engine and underhood fixtures are nice with separate assemblies for the usual sort, plus some ones not common, by Revell standards anyway (like a separate water pump, oil filter, windshield fluid reservoir, things like that, etc.).But it does feel like someone at Moebius had nostalgia for a 70’s truck, so he convinced his team (maybe he owns it) to do this somewhat "off the wall" model, and the team “went along with it”.Specific complaints: the wheels don’t turn! This is a NO NO! Just like with airplanes (propellers must turn) so must cars, trucks, and the like - WHEELS MUST TURN.Other complaints: The windshield and windows were difficult, there wasn’t enough decals to meet my expectations (also someone else noted the hood lettering doesn’t match the raised letters, and also the license plates are too large for the spots provided), and worst of all, I couldn’t get the bed and the cab to fit on the frame properly, so it looks like it has been in an accident on one side. In retrospect I should have assembled the bed completely before painting (so as to use plastic cement and ensure a level and proper fit), and the bed and cab should be attached to the frame at the same time. So I’ll take the hit on that one I suppose.Speaking of painting - they provide a color chart for the body - but that’s it! You’re on your own! No painting instructions for any other parts. Which isn’t a huge deal, but it is not the norm. But regarding assembly - I’m still not sure how I could have aligned the holes that are there for alignment though. I can’t even get the hood to stay on correctly (in pic you will notice the back of the hood sticks up). I never have this issue with Tamiya (LOL).Lastly, I’ll just mention that although they include significant details on some things (and I like that they provide two side mirror styles to choose from), they didn’t include seatbelts, a radio (or CB) antenna, the commercial decals are meh, and the rear bumper doesn’t include diamond back (which I’m sure the original had as an option). They provide 2 bumper options (one chrome), so I’m not sure why they didn’t take that extra step.Anyway - there you have it. I’d build it again. C+

Nice Ford Pickup
The Ford F-Series pickups in the 1970s were some of my favorite trucks. The instructions/diagrams are good. Most of the parts fit well. I did have to do some modifications so that the cab and bed align relatively even. I did have a few issues putting this model together. However, this is nice model to build. I do recommend this model if you like building old Ford pickups.
